Great service and absolutely fresh meats, goat meat, pork, chicken, seafood, all kinds of beef (feet, skin, tripe). Love this shop, they are A rated for meat shop.

Alright! I had to prepare for a 300 people catering, and was looking for a big amount of meat, that was of really good quality, and that wouldn't spend my whole budget.I called around the places that I found on the internet, to check on prices, availability of the type of meat & cut I was looking for. The vast majority of the places didn't know the prices, I was asked to call back to get that info, but when I called Encinas Meat, I was greeted over the phone by a very nice and helpful person. Carlos (he might be the owner), knew what I was looking for, and had all the information I needed. When I went there to place the order and pay, Carlos was the one who was attending the front desk. The place from the outside doesn't look like much, just a very generic sign outside, and don't expect a small grocery store in the inside, they actually have a big refrigerator with fish, and some cuts of meat out front, and there is a window where you can see the people working on the big pieces of meat. I was very happy with the service, and the quality of the meat, and will most definitely be coming back for my next events.

This place used to be the best place in town. The pastor was sooo good but the last 6 months the meat has become more greasy and grisly. I'll give it a 2 star because the flavor is good but the quality of meat has gone downhill. Time to find a new carniceria.

The pastor meat is soooo bomb, definitely recommend. Always quick and clerks are very attentive to my requests.

These review is mainly for one guy who claimed to be the manager Roberto. It was my second time shopping for meat there the first time was a great experience with employees and quality of meat this time around I walk in door was open so I walk in the guy at the cashier told me there was no service that the owner left the door unlocked as I was walking out Roberto yells at me to get out in a very rude manner and tone so I asked him if he was the owner he said no that he was the manager so I tell him that's no way to treat a Custumer I didn't know it was closed I hope this review helps the owner manage better his employees the quality of meet in my experience is good so most likely I'll still be getting my meet there please have store hours visible

Best meat and great customer service every time. Definitely a hidden gem. Fast and excellent service. We drive about 30 minutes to buy meat here

Best meat for Carne Asadas, I don't even need to heavily marinate my meat anymore! Very good flavor.
