Enchilamesta Catering

I ran into these guys at the BNS Brewing and Distilling Company in Santee. I The were there for the evening so I ordered some enchiladas for dinner to go with my fine Pilsner I was enjoying. I wanted a duo: pulled pork and chicken, but the pork had not arrived yet, so I had to settle for two chicken, one was red sauce and one with green for $8.Although the chicken inside the enchiladas was quite good, I could not help feel that both enchiladas needed more chicken. The chicken inside was cooked to a tender touch and was well seasoned. The enchilada itself was well made, in that they gently fried the corn tortilla firs, then filled and rolled it and they proceeded to top them with the sauces. The sauces were good, especially the green sauce which had a very good developed flavor and a very good consistency. I though the red sauce was okay but needed a little more TLC via spending more time under the heat developing. Also, it needed to be better blended so that the sauce were more smoother. The fresh shredded ice berg lettuce was appropriate and I loved the fact that they use a grated Mexican cheese on top of the enchiladas which was most appropriate! Good stuff. They gents that were running the business at the time of my visit were very nice people.

I went to newtopia for a belated birthday. It was taco Tuesday. Most of the time street tacos really don't fill me But I had a wonderful meal and really enjoyed them I hope they will be back..

Adam and Hector are the best hosts / chefs anyone could ask for . The food was unbelievable , attention to detail and service was off the charts ! It made My daughters graduation a special celebration . Adam remembers everyone's special dietary needs and makes sure they are met ( my mother has celiac Disease) and he comforted her with his glutton free options ! Highly recommend his catering for your special occasions ! Thank you again guys !

Sauces are the BOMB! Adam and crew are personable, and fun. We had these guys cater a New Years eve party, and we couldn't be happier with the food and service. Servings generous and tailored to each person's request. Everyone loved the food!Looking forward to booking these guy again, and again......

Stopped by a new local brewery and saw them up front. Asked what's they would recommend and they suggested the costras tacos! Man oh man were they delish! Not bad, not bad at all!! Make sure to follow em in IG!!

Absolutely the best. Fast, friendly and food tastes GREAT! I was going to 'Cellar 3' for the GREAT beer selection and now I go to Cellar 3 when Adam and crew are there with their Enchilamesta Food Truck! Everything is clean and these guys are great people! Love it!

OMG the contras plate... so good. Chicken, beef, pork tacos with crunchy cheese. All the fixings. Delicious. We enjoyed it at Bay Bridge Brewery in Chula Vista.

Delicious food! Fresh salsa fresh meat fresh food! Highly recommend, taste like heaven!

Beer ,cheese and tacos are life!! Try the trio and you're set!! The meat tasted like it's cooked for days the meat is juicy and salsas on point.
