Encanto Cafe

We got the Brie sandwich and the traditional waffles they were both delicious. Also got an iced coffee the Encanto and Mexican mocha they were excellent!

Pros - Food was delicious, vibes were very cute and peaceful, service was nice and quick! I would also recommend the Mexican iced Mocha! Inside and outside seating is available.Cons - inside seating is limited and they only have 1 bathroom for customers.

The vibe, location, atmosphere is really nice.Food were all bland(no flavor) and too dry for the price.Drinks we not that impressive as well, the juice was just sour and not tasty while the cacao smoothie was watered down .Worst is the customer service. We entered and nothing, just got a quick stare & when we asked if we just sit anywhere, the 1st worker seemed annoyed that we asked and looked at us like figure it out. 2nd just drop off our order and that's it, didn't check if there was anything or even just say something.Businesses like these who are customer service, if you don't like your job, quit.Overall, I would not recommend. First place in La Jolla area that we were actually disappointed with.

I have not returned to the cafe following my original review but the owner's response to my review (which still gave them three stars) is indicative of a lack of responsibility and poor service. I think the response I received was completely unwarranted and inappropriate. I simply explained my experience at the cafe and they tried to dismiss it.

Honestly, I don't think I can justify coming back to this place anymore. I'll start with the good:The pistachio croissant is amazing. Also the Mexican mocha is really good. However the past two times I've been here have been a huge miss. The last time I went here, I got the OG strawberry smoothie. A 9 dollar smoothie but when I got it tasted like ice. There was no flavor, which meant they obviously barely added any fruit into it. Then most recently, I went there to order the pizza flatbread to-go. I'm sorry but for 15 dollars, this pizza looks exactly like the 2 dollar pizzas I use to get as a child for school lunches. Maybe that's why it's on the menu - but I was thoroughly disappointed. Especially since I tried to remove the order right after ordering since I was in a hurry and the lady at the counter convinced me it was worth the wait.

The most beautiful cafe I've ever been to.It's very tiny and quaint, but so pretty. I felt like I was in a restaurant, rather than a cafe. I loved it!I had a hazelnut latte which was pretty good! Not my very favorite, but I'll give myself more time to review the full menu next time.The barista was very friendly. The staff brings your drink right up to your table when it's ready, which was a nice touch.One suggestion is to maybe put the WiFi password out. I wanted to work a little bit, but had to resort to using my hotspot. (Perhaps the WiFi password was out, but I didn't see it!)I'd love to come back here when in need of a chic cafe experience!

This cute little cafe is perfect for a breakfast/lunch date. It's in a great prime location near La Jolla cove where everything is walking distance. I got the spinach egg croissant sandwich and a strawberry smoothie Togo. The service was great . They have a small kitchen so you will have to be patient but with the great atmosphere and view the wait isn't too bad.

The ambiance at this cafe is immaculate! I got the cacao waffles and a latte and it was so delicious I highly recommend! The workers were very nice and quick too.

My wife and i came in because we saw it had great reviews and it really didn't disappoint. Staff was friendly. It was clean and really good. Molletes were bomb.
