Bibimbop is a traditional Korean dish but with a healthier take on it. Instead of having mostly rice, we made it into a salad with hot rice and delicious sweet Korean BBQ Beef. Inside you have a veggie mix (lettuce and cabbage), kimchi, onion, spinach, sprouts, zucchini, mushroom, hard-boiled egg, carrots, cucumber, pickled radish, and beets. I love the blend of untraditional toppings offered here. I'd never imagined sweet potato being in a poke bowl, but I was pleasantly surprised. The poke bowl I got felt very well-balanced, and it was the perfect size. But if you're going to come here, I HIGHLY recommend trying the kimchi bulgogi fries. These were some of the best fries I've had and one of the best things I've eaten recently in general. The fry texture was perfect -- crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside -- and the toppings created an umami explosion of flavor.

I'm kind of glad the other En Hakkore location closed. Although the food was good there, I wasn't a big fan of their takeout only and no interaction with staff setup. The food at this location is just as good with much more options. My son ordered their tacos again, and my wife also order their Beef Bibimbap again. Both tasted just as good as the first time. I ordered their Crunch & Fire Sushi Burrito this time around. I've always wanted to try a sushi burrito and I'm glad I finally got to try one. It was really delicious but somewhat difficult to eat without using the wrapper to hold everything together. Would definitely order it again though.

One of my favorite spots in the city for a casual sushi fix. They don't sell traditional sushi but the fish is always fresh and the preparations flavorful. Sushi tacos always hit the spot without being too heavy. The "shell" is nice and crispy with a good amount of fish. The fire tuna is probably my favorite followed by the savory.Probably one of the best poke bowls. Lots of topping that all good well with each other along with a good amount of fish. Definitely go for the purple/black rice!Busy are so street parking can be hard to find depending on the time you go. Service is the only thing I'd change about my experiences there.

Really fantastic healthy food option in Wicker Park! I had the vegan bibimbop and my wife and daughter had vegan sushi burritos. Service was fast and friendly. It's a great fast casual choice if you want some tasty modern Asian food.

TLDR; prices seemed a little on the higher side, but worth it given the quality and portion size.indoor seating and order at the counter. variety of menu items with vegetarian options. food came out in less than 10 minutes. // spicy tuna poke bowl ($15.00) //i got the poke bowl with black rice. comes with a variety of vegetables and toppings (crunchy onion, spicy mayo sauce, edamame, etc). comes with pureed sweet potato which ive never seen, as well as pureed guacamole/avocado. portion of tuna was pretty good （wasn't really spicy though) and overall the bowl portion was pretty big and definitely worth the money. tasted very good too and feels pretty healthy.my brother and his friends got the sushi burritos. they said they enjoyed it but it is a bit hard to eat since the outside layer is rice and kind of falls apart. maybe an exterior layer of seaweed would keep the burrito wrapped tighter. bowls are also much bigger portion and a better deal in my opinion.overall, met our expectations and i would revisit.

This place nails the sushi taco/burrito combo!! From the flavor, all the way to to the execution. The fillings were marinated/seasoned to perfection, and the fried nori shells were perfectly crisp. The food came out hot and made for a delicious first bite! Everything else ordered was also a huge hit! The kimchi fries--I can't stop thinking about. It's truly a must and pairs so well with any of the mains. Just looking the photo that I'm uploading to this review is making me crave it. This has easily become one of my favorite spots in Chicago-- a casual counter service spot in the heart of Wicker Park serving fresh and flavorful poke bowls and sushi burritos. I ordered the Kimchi Salmon Poke Bowl, which was so delicious-- the salmon was incredibly fresh and melted in my mouth; the mix of creamy and crunchy textures and the mix of spicy and savory flavors were extremely pleasant. We also ordered the Bulgogi Fries, which were great-- the fries were crispy and elevated when combined with different the textures and flavors of the sauces and bulgogi. I also tried a couple bites of the Friend and Crunch & Fire sushi burritos, which were equally flavorful and the textures were satisfying-- a soft and chewy exterior combined with a crunchy and crispy interior. The prices felt pretty fair too, especially for the freshness, and the service was quick and friendly. Absolutely my favorite place for shoyu ahi tuna poke bowl. It's so fresh and delicious every time. Only takes few minutes if ordering for carry out. My niblings love the sushi burrito option! I LOVE En Hakkore 2.0, some of my favorite casual dine in restaurants that I always recommend to friends. They have unique sushi tacos which have fried nori shells that provide that awesome crunch in every bite. The sauces are well balanced and the fish are fresh. Their kimchi fries are also SO addicting, definitely shareable I can never finish it! It's such a cozy place to eat and they're pretty fast at bringing out food. I'd like to try their other menu items but I just keep coming back for the tacos!

This is a staple in my apartment. We have ordered poke and sushi burritos here many times and it's consistently delicious! My favorite is the Savory poke bowl because it has both tuna and salmon, and a balanced mix of sweet and savory sauces. There is also a wonderful variety of colorful veggies that offer a lot of flavor and textural variety. I absolutely LOVE the sweet potato mash, crunchy edamame, and julienned beets and carrots. So good! So healthy! I also go for a half half situation with black rice and mixed greens. I like that they give the option to ask for a larger ratio of greens to rice and vice versa. Very customizable and easy to order online!I've never actually sat here to eat but looks like a nice clean establishment. Everytime I order they are so quick to prepare the food. It will continue to be a weeknight staple!
