I have been a fan of Emerson Frybread for years and they're authentic Frybread never disappoints. It's impressive to see that was such a business with a long-standing operation in the Arizona valley starving delicious food consistently.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I work at PIMC and these guys usually come by for an hour or two. They only stay for an hour or two because they sell out that quick. We have people working in the hospital that will look out for this truck and then run down to it as soon as it arrives. When I told people I wanted to try this place for a Navajo Taco, they told me I need to be ready to run out there when they're spotted because lines form real quick.I got a Navajo Taco which, for those that don't know, is a fry bread (fried bread that's soft and chewy) base with taco ingredients on top consisting of ground beef, kidney beans, lettuce, tomato, and onions. The taco is huge! It was my first time with this behemoth and I spend a good few minutes trying to figure out how to eat it. The plasticware wasn't strong enough to cut it, so I ended up just picking it up like a huge taco and eating it. This thing is very big! It takes up the entire container they put it in.I also got a prickly pear lemonade and it was AMAZING!!! Very satisfying and refreshing on a hot Phoenix day.I paid $10 for the taco and $7 for the lemonade. It was a little pricier than I was hoping to pay, but a nice little treat to break up my usual tuna and rice lunch while at the hospital. These guys look like a little family that runs this food truck, so support small business and give these guys a go if you see them in your part of town!

I wandered up to the Emerson Fry Bread food truck at the Peoria Farmer's Market needing a quick lunch - I ordered a carne asada fry bread 'Indian taco' nomikered "Jazzy."In a few minutes my name was called, and I was handed what I can only describe as a chalupa on steroids. It was as big as personal pizza, smelled of dough and oil and spices, and instantly made me worry that I didn't know how to eat it without dropping it on the asphalt. Now, maybe you're thinking that a standard Taco Bell chalupa won't appeal to you. Not so. If you weren't a fan of chalupas, no matter - this fry bread is infinitely better than a chalupa shell, I'd say the worst fry bread might be better than the best chalupa shell, and THIS bread was expertly fried to order, fluffy and pillowy. If you like chalupas, well, sorry to say, this fry bread taco might ruin them for you! Carne asada topped with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and some salsa on the side - simple ingredients, but really good and combined correctly. My only qualm, it was a tad too leaky, made a right mess of my hands, but I stuck it out like a champ until every bite was gone. Luckily I had some wipes on hand. Yummy!

My nephew was talking about this food truck telling me it was great fry bread, lo & behold he let me know it was in my neighborhood that night so we went right over to pick up dinner! Loved them, dough was light & airy not dense! We had 2 vegetarian & 1 W/meat, beans were good. I tried a sunset lemonade & it also was delicious. I love how they serve it in a large Mason jar that's yours to keep & also our food was put in an insulated hot cold reusable bag, recycle & reuse

The vegetarian Indian frybread tacos or Nina is really good. My only complaint is I wish they had more cheese and salsa. There's only like 3 places in the whole state where I know for sure I can get me a frybread taco and this is one of them. I wish there was a way to track where the truck is, if there is someone please let me know. I usually only go when I happen to see it on the way to somewhere else randomly. Their drinks are really nice, I forgot what they're called but they have cool names a great and unique taste to them. Great customer service and food. Can never go wrong with this frybread truck. It's a family owned truck that's ran well.

This food truck came to my work and I was intrigued so I had to try it. I really enjoyed my fry bread! I ordered the vegetarian option without any cheese or sour cream, so it was basically beans, salad, and salsa. I wish there had been slightly more beans on my fry bread, but it was still really filling and a nice change of pace from my usual lunch. I would definitely eat here again and maybe next time try their interesting-looking lemonades.

I love their food , they absolutely make the best Navajo tacos! My favorite are the mini's , we had them first at the Super Bowl in 2015 and are still going back to this day! Their mutton sandwich is also amazing!
