Elysian Brewing Taproom

Elysian is one of my favorite Seattle breweries and despite ownership change to a bigger company I don't notice the beer recipes changing too much. What is fun with Elysian is if you go to their taproom sometimes you can get more smaller batches and often times more experimental of their beers along with their flagship beers as well. My last Elysian beer was the Bifrost, a seasonal winter ale with malty, hoppy and sweet flavors. It also light bodied and goes down very smooth. This is a very solid Winter Ale and is a good example to reach out for during the winter season if in search of this beer style during the cold season.

Flew in from California and wanted to try my favorite IPA while in Seattle, the famous space dust. We first visited the Elysian brewery in Capitol Hill and had some grub. They didn't have much merch so we headed to this taproom. Upon arrival, we noticed the place was empty, at one point it was just our party. Adam made the visit extraordinary with his excellent service and hospitality. He was very attentive and even had a few words with him. The place is very clean and modern, the decor is on point and the beverages were amazing. Thank you Adam for receiving California's with open arms, you made our visit to Seattle that much better. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment.

My wife and I have stopped by Elysian tap room a few times in the last couple of weeks and have enjoyed every experience. The space itself has plenty of seating both inside and out. I love the garage door open-aspect of the space as it allows plenty of natural light while sitting inside if one finds it too hot to be outside. Dogs are welcome both inside and out as well. Know that they don't serve food (it's a brewery), but outside food is welcome. The bartenders here are friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The beer is going to be a personal preference, obviously, but I've enjoyed most of what they have to offer. They do lean IPA heavy, but have a fantastic Pilsner and other non-IPAs that should satisfy most palates. Also, you will not experience a cheaper tab anywhere in than area than Elysian. I was actually shocked the first time we went and asked if the beer was always this cheap, I believe around $4.75 a beer. Yes, it is always this cheap. Great beer, affordable prices, great seating, and great service. Exactly what you want from a brewery. Would highly recommend to anyone.

While heading downtown for a concert I accidentally found Elysian Brewing Taproom. Oops, Go me! Of course I had to go inside and have a beer. I decided on a hazy, forgot the name, sorry, not sorry. This taproom is so fun. It is huge with loads of televisions, tables, and places to sit. I walked up to the bar to order and the bartender was a super cool girl. She convinced me to try something other than the spacedust. She also gave me a few tastes of some before I decided. Tons of burgers and delicous looking food coming out of the kitchen. On this visit I was only there for one drink. I cannot wait to come back and visit and next time eat some yummy food. This brewery is located next to where the Mariners play, T-Mobile park so there parking is somewhat limited. And it is located downtown so parking can be expensive. I took public transit so fortunately I did not have to find a parking spot. Next visit? TBD. Cheers fellow Yelpers.

We had a great time chatting with the Beertender at Elysian. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the pinball games they have on site. This is a great place to stop in for a beer, especially if you want to try something you can only get at the brewery!

I felt the need to update my review since it has been three years since my last review and I come much more frequently than I ever have before. They still have a great selection of constantly rotating beers that changes more than any other brewery in Seattle. I visit this location at least once a week and they always have something new and interesting on tap. The service here is also top notch. I love having the same friendly bartender every time I visit who has deep experience with the beers and his recommendations are always spot on. Thanks to him I've expanded my beer horizon to include Mexican Lagers and - as of today - Kolsches (Kolsch's?)! It's also not easy running a brewery during Covid but they've got it down - from the big outdoor patio, to the contactless payments and even to ensuring that all customers are following the rules - which makes me feel safe enough to bring my kids with me on the weekends. Also, they're now open on Wednesday despite what's listed on Yelp, so if you want to come down on a more mellow day then consider coming on Wednesday!

Very good brewery here in Seattle! Delicious beer and very friendly staff. Many different types of beer and very nice staff as well.

John is such a great bartender!!Always a chill atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Constantly rotating in new beers and other fun brews! Friendly staff! Great place to chillax and take time away from the Grind of everyday life :)

Nice brewery, flight tasting options, plentiful seating inside and out. No food on site. Dog friendly too.We went yesterday. I had the Space Dust and the Dank Dust IPAs, both at 8.2% ABV. I liked both of them, the dank dust having the aroma of a good blunt. Very strong hop flavor, yum.Some kind of snacks would be good, but I do know they cause a mess.

Quiet laid back atmosphere and bartender is outstanding. Bonus feature is pups are allowed if they are well behaved.
