I always leave here with a full belly and a smile on my face. My most recent visit was their chilaquiles with steak. Yum. Just enough kick to it...the steak was seasoned well and tender. My breakfast date had the meat lovers skillet and was also impressed. This last visit was my first time eating here in the summer and they keep the temps inside very comfortable. I also noticed that they have a community board near the restrooms, so you can put your business cards up to share with everyone. My missing star is that the staff was not on top of my drink refills. Although I am grateful they have an iced green tea option, I only got refilled once and I had to flag someone down for it. I usually average 4 glasses of whatever drink when I am dining out. It's a good thing that they bring a water jug over right when they take the order though. That was enough to get me through my meal.

This was my first time at Allie's. I went for breakfast and it didn't disappoint. My friend and I put this Sticky Roll French toast. It was so late and flavorful. It came with four pieces and plenty of toppings.We each ordered an omelette and shared them. I had the Shroomed omelette and she ordered the Morning Sunrise. . They both were delicious I asked for crispy hashbrowns, and they came out a little bit more white and brown, but otherwise, it was a great meal.Overall, the place has a fun vibe with mirrors overlooking the restaurant so if you are facing the wall, you can still see what's going on.Our waitress was attentive and the food came out quickly. When I'm back in town, I would love to Visit.

Great assortment of food items. Coffee was okay. LOUD inside. Nice venue. Clean place. Limited parking when we got there. Server took our order and didn't see him until we were finished but he was nice. I loved my crepes but I was starving; my spouse didn't like his eggs benedict or his hash browns but I thought they tasted fine. I'd rate them a 4; spouse rates them a 2. "Eggs taste old, hash browns were underdone and blah." I wish they had more crepe options; spouse wishes they had different benedict options. Still looking for a great breakfast spot. Seems almost all breakfast places have all the same stuff.

Food is ok. Sometimes Inconsistent. Serving staff is excellent. Even though I have been here 5 times in past month I just noticed the fine print. Caution they are back to adding an additional charge to use credit card of 2.95% which makes me not want to go there. Fine print on menu and posted on door. Atmosphere is sterile cafeteria-ish. This is my reason for a 3 and not 4. They use a handheld Toast device to avoid giving a bill to see and hide the additional charge. If you ask for a paper check they say they cannot and will print the check after you pay. A typical Chicago restaurant chain. Bring cash! You need to lower your tip by credit card as they are adding 3% to that as well.

Really like this place ! Great bloody Mary's and food ! Reasonable pricing, good service ! I would definitely go back and try them again ! Only downside here is it's a breakfast place diner vibe so not the most comfy/ easy to talk in atmosphere but overall a good pick.

I love a lot of the little shops and restaurants at Uptown Plaza and have been wanting to try this place for awhile. I really enjoyed it! My friend said the berry mascarpone pancakes were delicious and I believe it. They looked great. I'm currently in a calorie surplus so I'm paying attention to all my macros at the moment. I loved that they had the Elly's breakfast club option on the menu because this made doing that easier since all the ingredients are separated out. My kids split the waffle which I tasted and it was also very good! I thought the prices were reasonable and service was good, too! I will return for sure.

We went on a Monday with no reservations and there was no wait. I kind of understand what people were saying about the service because they weren't young and there was a language barrier because our server's first language wasn't English. They brought us the wrong food at first then they brought the right one but we needed to ask for syrup (we ordered French toast) and utensils. Service wasn't rude, it just showed lack of training so the hiring team is to blame not the actual servers themselves. It took them long to take our order and give us the bill but it could have been because we were seated outside and they might of forgot about us. Our whole table was empty and we waited about 10-15 minutes then finally brought us our bill, kinda strange as if they thought we already paid. Food didn't take too long and both meals were delicious, nothing outstanding but I would get both these dishes again. Ambiance was nice outside, right before it hits summer.
