Our dinner at Elliott's was excellent, from the time we were greeted at the door until we carried our very full selves back out. The ambiance is desert Southwest, with a long, well-stocked bar along one side, dark floors, and exposed, brick walls. The wine list is extensive, with wines from around the world. The service was attentive, without being annoying. Our food was wonderful. The portions were generous. The steaks were delicious and prepared perfectly. We will definitely return.

Went to Elliotts last night for a lovely dinner with another couple. It was our first time going to Elliotts and had heard great things, so we were excited. The ambiance is gorgeous and we had a beautiful table upstairs overlooking the entire restaurant. Drinks were pretty slow to come and came out about 10 minutes apart, so we were unable to toast to our evening. The shrimp cocktail was nothing special. but the proscuitto wrapped lobster was very good. Our friends ordered rack of lamb and New York Strip which they were happy with. I had the wedge; which was watery and the French onion soup which was just average. My husband had the filet mignon which he said was undercooked for what he ordered. Our sides were whipped potatoes that were quite runny, asparagus and a pork belly; which was probably the best side by far. It was really good. We also ordered creme brûlée and something called the Movie Ticket which was kinda fun and different. The creme brûlée was bland. Overall, the service was okay except for the timing of the drinks. But, our biggest complaint was how hot it was upstairs. We asked 2 times to have the air turned down. Our friends were sweating during dinner. It was really uncomfortable. For a $650 tab, we expected much more.

Excellent experience! Great for date night or celebration dinners. The ambiance and service is wonderful. It is very welcoming and quiet. Highly recommend sitting upstairs for a wonderful view of the beautiful bar.Our server made some amazing recommendations for drinks and he was very attentive. Everything came out perfectly timed, our waters were always full, and every employee we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to have us there.Food:For appetizers we tried the oysters (both east and west coast available), lobster bites and bacon wrapped scallops. All were amazing. For sides we tried the corn with zucchini, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was great, the other two we wouldn't order again. For main dish we had the chefs special truffle steak and the chefs special filet with caviar. Both were incredible. The truffle steak was very rich. Steaks were cooked to perfection. For desert we had the crème brûlée. It was a beautiful presentation, but it had an orange zest to it that was not my favorite. The manager Candace checked in with our table and we had a great conversation. She takes great pride in the restaurant and it shows. We will definitely return again!

We celebrated my brother's birthday here and we had the best time. The food and drinks were so delicious. I had the 10 oz steak with lobster and it was perfect. We loved the truffle mac and lobster mac as well, they were definitely our favorites!

3.5/5 - I've been wanting to check out Elliott's for a while and am glad I finally had the chance! Overall it was pretty good. The appetizers were fantastic. The scallops were sizable and cooked perfectly, probably some of the best I've had in a while. Also liked the combination with the pork belly. We also really liked the foie gras (we liked the foie gras itself a lot, probably could've done without the added duck confit or the sauce). We also loved the potatoes au gratin. However, both our steaks (NY strip and filet) were mediocre. My boyfriend's medium was more rare than my medium rare and I just don't think we thought the steaks were super flavorful or anything to rave about. Given that this is a steakhouse, this is the reason for the 3.5 stars, despite everything else being very good. Really liked the restaurant aesthetic (love the bar along the wall and it's definitely a more romantic date night setting) and the wait staff was all very professional, nice and attentive. The pacing on drinks to apps to entrees was good too.

11/10, truly. This is high end to the T. From the service to the ambiance to the food, 11/10 stars easily. First, i noted my sisters soy allergy in the reservation and upon arriving they not only wished my husband happy birthday but our waitress had already briefed the chef on her allergy and was extremely educated in what she could or couldn't have, and what they could custom make. 11/10 service the whole meal as well. For starters we did the scallops and the reason they aren't pictured is because we devoured them. Best scallops we have ever had. Huge, juicy, flavorful, wow. We then also had the lobster bisque which was played super uniquely and tasted delightful. For main entrees the boys got filets 10 oz with the brandy peppercorn sauce that they raved about!! Must get the sauce. Us girls each got the sea bass over a bed of rissoto and it was again, the best sea bass I've ever had. Totally blew my expectations. Creamy, flavorful, absolutely perfection in each bite. Portions were all really healthy sizes as well. Drinks were all great, and as if we hadn't already had a blast they brought a movie ticket dessert for my husbands birthday - flourless brownie with gelato and even though our belly's were so full we ate every bite! We sat at a nice booth with beautiful inside ambiance views. Pricy, but again you get well what you pay for! 11/10 will have to come back for our next special occasion!

Elliott's Steakhouse is such a gem! First off, it's such a nice ambiance inside - the bar is decorated similarly to an old school library with a rolling ladder. It's large and beautifully lit. Every time we've gone on a weekend night there is also a live singer playing on the piano and she's so talented it absolutely contributes to the entire vibe. The food is delicious and total steakhouse appropriate. My favorite is their wedge salad (I know it's weird, but trust me), it has honey drizzle on the bottom of the plate, crisp cold wedge lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese - just chef's kiss! I had their lobster tail with a side of potatoes au gratin and it was tasty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his ribeye - it was enclosed with truffle deliciousness. And then, my friend ordered their bleu cheese crusted steak and raved about it. Definitely stop by for a date night or fancy celebration - this place won't disappoint!

This is a great place to check out if you're looking for a nice dinner restaurant in the downtown Chandler area.I was really impressed when I first arrived at the restaurant. It's definitely cool and had great ambience. I really enjoyed looking at their spirit wall by the bar, but the drinks are okay, unfortunately. I ordered the filet, Oscar style. The presentation was beautiful. The filet was cooked well and the sauce that was on the plate really complemented the filet. My only complaint about the dish would be the lobster claw. It looked great on top of the filet, but it was really difficult eating that piece. I ended up not touching it because I didn't want to make a mess by trying to crack the lobster claw with my fork. Overall, my experience was good. I would definitely try this restaurant again.
