This used to be a good quality local pizza pub. We've been coming here for 10yrs. Lately the quality has been going downhill, but only with the evening shift. The lunch shift is still reliable.This is just the latest disappointment. Rather than remake this mess, they ran it through a 2nd time at half the temperature, so the first part burned, and the 2ndly added cheese & mushrooms were undercooked.

The food was not ready on time, making everyone wait for a long time. When it finally arrived, the wings tasted really bad. On top of that, the manager behaved rudely, making the experience even worse.

Okay I tried this place again because the food is good! But I just don't know what is up with the staff. Seriously- every employee is unaware of manners. A simple "hi" or "thank you" would suffice. They all act like they hate their job (which makes sense, everyone feeds off each others negative energy) lol. When you walk in, don't expect to get greeted. Definitely don't expect good service either, or even decent really. I don't wanna pull out the race card again but dear god. It just seems like if you're brown, they automatically don't think you're gonna tip so bad service babyyyyy. No diversity in front of house staff so that's why I strongly believe this may be the case since it has happened 3 times now (bad service) and each time with a different server. I am so bummed it's still like this because I'd love for this place to be a regular spot because the food is bomb. Surprised some of these servers haven't realized that the most surprising type of people will tip you the best! Customer service starts with manners ;)

The fries were flavorful classic-style jojos, the subs weren't anything special and were overpriced, the hefe was average (only one available on tap) and the mead tasted like a SUPER sweet alcoholic grape juice. The waitress was friendly but very rushed and didn't check in on us throughout the visit, the surrounding table and floor areas were dirty, and the vibe was pretty flat feeling even for a weekday evening. We'd be interested to try the pizza, but aren't really in a rush to go back.

Our food was really good! We had the meatball sub and the reuben sub. The bread is really good, not tough at all. There is generous meat and toppings on them.Our server was friendly and attentive. We got our food in a reasonable time. There was some construction work going on a 5pm inside and it was very loud. There was a saw being used. It was so loud to the point that I almost had to leave because it was so uncomfortable. It looked like they were removing a counter. It seems like this should be done when there are no customers.Also, they didn't have fountain drinks. I don't know if this is permanent or not but I really don't like going to a restaurant that doesn't have them. We skipped getting soda because of this.I will probably come back but if there is any work going on, I wouldn't stay. The food was really good, so I will give them a second chance.

I don't tend to visit many Pizza places because I am dairy free, but sometimes I get a craving and really want a no cheese full of my favorite toppings. (Pepperoni, Pineapple, Jalapeno, and Black Olive, extra red sauce)My husband saw this place and wanted to give it a visit. When we walked in we noticed it was a decent size, split with bar on one side and more seating on the other side of the wall. It was not busy and we sat at a table on the side with the bar. I grew up with a Pizzaria in our family and it had that distinct Pizzaria smell that I remembered as a kid! The server came over to help us with our questions, but I immediately got the feeling that she didn't want to be there. She was short with her answers, and the interactions were simply transactional.Husband got the meatball sandwich and I got a small pizza no cheese with my favorite toppings. It was a decent pizza and came out hot. Bubbly crust and wasn't soggy or oily. As we got the end of our stay a new server/bartender came in that had a much more welcoming, friendly, and personable demeanor. Unfortunately, I didn't feel I had a memorable experience here.
