Was just stopping through the city. We dined here on a Friday around 2PM! They have live music. He played Jazz which i thought was strange for a Mexican restaurant but it was still a nice touch. Customer service was just ok to me. Drinks were just ok. Couldn't really taste the alcohol. The food was also just ok, mine was actually a little cold.

This was my first visit here and it was really good. The interior had a rustic feel and was welcoming. Our server was very friendly and service was very good. We had several employees check in with us to see if we needed anything. They were playing some authentic Mexican music. They also have a full bar and several TV's just in case a game is on. It is moderately priced and the portions are above average. The food was good and was out to us in under 15 minutes.

Service was excellent, food was tasty and good portions were great! There was live music that evening I went and it was a nice ambiance. Ordered the street tacos- one steak and one chicken. Both were very good, but I preferred the flavor of the steak (and it wasn't gristly at all!). Also ordered the side of rice and beans and it was a generous portion. I've never seen such a lovely and large "side of avocado"! Chips didn't have that lingering oil taste that can happen sometimes. Everything felt fresh. They have outdoor dining too!

So so. The chips and salsa were good, that was the best part of the meal. The chili relleno was edible , the cheese enchilada was not. Mushy like an uncooked tortilla. The service was good and it looked clean. For us it was one and done.

An average Mexican stop. Very small, clean place, with friendly staff. The regular salsa tasted like pace, the spicy salsa did not taste fresh-Mixed together they tasted better. Ordered chicken street taco, the chicken was grilled the perfect amount with a good seasoning of flavor on it. Also ordered a steak street taco. The steak was not very seasoned and average tasting- good but nothing special. Also ordered a Burrito Autentico- this burrito was a good size with a lot of meat inside. The green sauce on top was very salty and the steak inside was average but the pieces were too big making it harder to eat. Overall this place is an average Nashville area Mexican place.

El Toro Loco is a good spot to satisfy your craving for Mexican food. We tried the salsa, guacamole, and queso and enjoyed them all. Our entrees included the chicken chimichanga and the shrimp tacos, both from the lunch menu. Our food was good, the service was friendly, and the restaurant (including restrooms) was very clean. I'm looking forward to returning soon to try some of the other menu items. Give El Toro Loco a try!

We are here out of town for a conference, There were 6 of us . Everything was great! We got a queso dip to start and it was really good. We got chimichangas fajitas , street tacos , and taco salads . Everything came out quickly . We ordered margaritas and they were strong Definitely recommend!

It was our first time in El Toro Loco in the Hammock. The restaurant decoration was beautiful. The ambiance was great. The service was awesome. Our server was Melanie. She was very professional! The pies de resistance is the delicious food! Love their drinks, meats and desserts.
