El Taller De La Barbacoa

Everything about this place is amazing. Abraham and his team give the best service. The food is always on point. My usual is the birria tacos. I've also ordered the shrimp ceviche, which Abraham makes fresh to order. Ambiance is relaxed, like you're walking into your friend's house. It's our favorite neighborhood spot and never disappoints.

I knew this place was gonna be fire when I smelled rich birria in the air! We tried: - Carne asada fries (LOADED!! Perfect carne asada marinade.)- Birria taco (MY FAV! The aromatics and richness was just perfect)- Barbacoa taco (Such tender beef! Perfect with their 2 in house spicy salsas *drools*- Carne asada taco (SO FLAVORFUL! Period)Complimentary fresh fried chips & 2 salsas (1 green and 1 roasted). He warned us they were spicy and I was so excited. Music was a perfect loud salsa music. Was literally vibes. I'm still sitting here done eating and don't want to get up. So relaxing with their ceiling fans turning. The guy at the front was a-mazingggg! He was attentive and checked a few times if we needed anything else. Of course I had to let him know everything was FIREEEEE

Tried their barbacoa once ab it was pretty good. Fries/California burrito have been decent.

We picked up a tray of birria and it was delicious...highly recommend this place....they were so kind to serve us for take out even though they were closing..everyone that tried it loved it

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this hole-in-the-wall taco shop. There is a lot of love that goes into this family-owned restaurant and it shows in their food. Everything we ordered was outstanding including the chilequiles, adobada, burria mulita, and the barbacoa. They even provide complimentary chips and salsa. Both salsas were addictive. We will be back!

Craving some tacos and didn't want to go far for some food! Stumbled upon this local small business restaurant down the street around the house. What a hidden gem! The were so patient with me as I looked through the menu to decide my order. I had questions as what was what, because the menu was very simply laid out. I watched as the owner cooked up my order.

Barbacoa plate was delicious, not greasy at all, great flavor, wife got the barbacoa roll tacos and was an instant winner, the salsas were amazing. Definitely recommend it!!

Omgeeeee!! The absolute best barbacoa I've had in a looonggg time. Typical of Mexico City style. Red Barbacoa de Borrego. Must try!! I ordered mine dry with my broth in the side. My husband ate his before the pictures but he ordered it iba caldo and it was divine!! Go visit these guys!

Best Birria De Res Quesadilla and Birria machaca like grandmas home made cooking. Their salsa was fresh, tasty and oh so spicy, my hubby was obsessed with it. I enjoyed the red salsa, less spice and full of roasted flavors. Big filling portions and great customer service. We will be returning I look forward to trying more dishes in the future.
