Waited 45 min for them to tell me they where out of menudo.The food that was served was cold.The place needs a good scrub down, you can see the gung on the walls, especially near the bar. Owner arrived and was served immediately, while his customers wait over n hour to be served. Definitely would never recommend this place. Don't know why we have not been here in so long. It is less than a mile from my house. It is kind hidden away right in the corner of the L-shaped strip mall. The food is good. As "mexican" food goes it is a little different. I am mexican and it does seem different to me. Hard to explain. You just have to come here and find something on the menu that appeals to you. The gorditas are good, served with this little stainless steel cream pitcher of consomme. Strangely tasty. Like chicken broth? or beef broth? Anyway it is good. I like the green corn tamales. They serve chilaquiles also. The salsa served with the complimentary chips is too spicy for me. I asked for the sauces served with most disheds. There is a red, green, cream and lava sauces available. So stop by and give them a try. Practice your spanish before you come, it will come in handy.

This is the spot if you are searching for Authentic Northern Mexico Cuisine from Sinaloa. This place gets very busy on weekends, due to their weekend exclusive dishes. My personal favorite is their barbacoa plate served with refríes pork bean and "sopa fría" which is cold pasta. I've also tried their gorditas, vampiros, tamales, and enchiladas and everything was delicious! Guitarist will often times stop by and play regional Mexican music live. A Very Family Friendly environment and great prices considering their portions are large!

Little place in the corner of the plaza did it right! Brought my friend and I over to this establishment a couple of days ago. It was awesome! We both had the "Chilorio con huevo" that also comes with beans and a good Chunk of cheese . We also shared a Tostada. It was great! Good morning breakfast accompanied by great people and service. Couldn't ask for more. Also fresh tortillas. My next goal is to keep going for breakfast on my days off so I can try all their stuff.

Very Tasty real Mexican! Very Sinaloan! Authentic.Anything you order has great flavor. You won't need a salt shaker at all.

I love loveeee this place. I'm from out of state and every time I come to Arizona I make sure to stop here for itsss REAL authentic Mexican food. Plus they make you feel like you're at home.

Great service great food. I always get the gorditas and the limonada mineral when I go. It's the best. The place is kind of like a hole in the wall but I love it makes me feel like I know something other ppl don't know.

Took 30 mins plus for a to go menudo. Cancelled the order and still put the bill on my family's bill. This place is bull shit. Terrible service dirty environment. Un pleasant experience and un experienced servers.
