El Quiche Pupusas

I stopped here after my Tres Leches Cafe fail (will write that review shortly). Figured I'm hardly ever in this area so I might as well try something new. I've had pupusas before, but because they had chilaquiles on their menu, I opted to bypass the pupusas for chilaquiles verdes. It also came with rice, beans, veggies, eggs & carne asada. The meat was optional for an additional $3. Heck yeah, I'm adding it on for just that much. There was just one worker at 10am on a Saturday morning. There were already a few customers seated as I walked in. The worker was the cashier, cook, busser & dishwasher from what I saw. Phew.The food was amazing. The beans were a bit more soupy than I liked (refried, not de la olla) but flavor on EVERYTHING was tasty. One of the stars is missing because they do not offer fountain drinks, nor anything sugar-free. Water it is...The second star is missing because there were about 5 transients hovering near the entrance and no one bothered to shoo them off property. I understand that it was only one gal running the show, but maybe if they staffed more then someone could've done it.The place is mostly clean. The table I sat at was sticky, so either a dirty rag was used to wipe down, or no rag was used to wipe down. Again, with only one person working the whole time I was there (about an hour), owners should consider staffing at least one other person on Saturday mornings.

The place is nice and clean and with a big parking lot specially in this area. The food it's just ok, I had 4 Pupusas to go and the cabbage salad that goes with the Pupusas was very small and the salsa. Also the Pupusas are kind a small. I also got a tamarindo can drink and it was very bad, to sweet and did not taste like tamarindo. I couldn't finished it. The customer service is nice and friendly. Another thing is that they do not have price on the wall menu not online, at least not when I saw it.

Great comfort Guatemalan food!! Service was great! Also has snacks for later or while you wait for this home cooked meal!!

I had the tacos and pupusas which were both tasty and fresh. The place is clean and very roomy. I'm very happy to have a pupusa place nearby!!

Delicious & affordable food, the best kind of place. We have really enjoyed the pupusas that we have tried so far, can't wait to keep coming back
