The carne asada could of been a bit more flavored but it was decent enough. The Carne asada burrito only has meat, guacamole and pico de gallo so i added a few things. We will definitely go back when we visit SD.

In the area for a trade show over at the Del Mar Race Track. Came in early to grab some breakfast.After looking at the menu, I decided that my breakfast would be the Super Burrito which was eggs, beans, cheese, potato, and choice of ham or bacon. I went with the bacon. Since I was heading to the trade show, that offers overpriced crappy food, I decided to also order a bean and cheese burrito to have available for lunch.While I awaited the burritos, I walked over the salsa bar to grab some spicy condiments to bring with me. Not long after, I was called to pick up my burritos.Once I was at the trade show venue, I found a quiet place to chomp on my breakfast burrito and to enjoy the salsas, all were great. This was easily one of the best breakfast burritos I have had. Ever. Hard for me to pick out what exactly puts this burrito in that category escapes me a bit. It was JUST GOOD. I would get this often if I lived in the area. If you are in the area, go find El Pueblo. Go find one of the golden standards for breakfast burritos. I consider myself and expert on breakfast burritos, so take my word you will like this burrito.This was a large burrito, so I only ate 1/2 for breakfast. I ended up bringing the burrito home and having it the next day for another breakfast. Yum. Delicious. Yum.The bean and cheese burrito was great for lunch and I loved the salsas on it as well. Not mind blowing, like the breakfast burrito, but a solid B&C burrito that I would have again when in the area.Go. Eat Well. HAVE FUN!

Causal and unpretentious spot to enjoy Mexican food and a beer, wine or cocktail. Nice selection on the menu. Good happy hour specials.I'd love the fish taco deal if it weren't tilapia :(Maybe it's just me but minus one star because the regular prices are about the same as I've seen at a more upscale Mexican spot with more ambiance.

This is a gem of a place, because let's all admit the $1.29 fish battered fish tacos are a steal! The tacos are decently sized and are made to order. It's comes with a creamy sauce and diced tomatoes and lettuce. It's pretty great they have a salsa bar too! This location is definitely nicer than the one in Encinitas since there is more seating and a bar. The service was great and everything was clean. Open early until midnight!

Came here after the races one day. The food wasn't the best I'd ever had, but it was very good. The restaurant is located in a shopping center. The parking was manageable. The staff was friendly. I was impressed with the full bar. The prices are manageable. Overall, it was a nice meal and I'd go back, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

THE FISH TACOS ARE FIRE. Came in because of the price, will come back cause of the delicious fish tacos. They were big tacos, much bigger than expected and the sauce was yummy. It did not need any additional salsa as it was perfect.

Tried this place in the evening after mini golfing at Pelly's. Overall good atmosphere, easy parking and the main draw is their fish tacos (priced at 1.29 - wasn't very crispy though). Main con is that everything else was steep in price (quality was fine but the tacos looked a bit haphazardly thrown together). Paid $16 for chips and guac but they skimped on the guac part (cheese wasn't even melted), which was disappointing.

Their advertised $1.19 fish tacos is what drew me here and I'm glad I popped in. The interior was better than I expected and the rest of the menu was on the high end actually. Regardless, their marketing was effective on me. I ordered 4 fish tacos. The salsa bar was awesome. They had pickled spicy carrots, pico de gallo, a green and red sauce. I didn't have high expectations but for $1.19, they were good. The ambiance was nice. Lots of families dinning in and they even have an impressive bar. They also have outdoor seating. This review is for the fish tacos. I would like to return and try other items on the menu and see how that goes.

Nice casual place to catch a quick bite for dinner, or spend time with a large group with friends and family. Seatings outside are available. You order and pay your meals at the cashier and they hand you a number to place on your table. The staff will deliver your meals when ready. Purchased of non alcoholic drinks are free refill. There's a full bar and offer happy hour from 4-7pm I believe, but do check their hours as this may change. Good prices, good food and I recommend getting their full plate dinner if you are hungry. Overall, nice place to chill and good portions. Service was excellent. Cheers!

The food was on fire. It was flavorful and delicious. They had a salsa bar with a ton of choices. Really close to the racetrack too. Thumbs up on the service and hospitality.
