Food is great. Fresh and flavorful. Service is great as well. The smell of the grease trap though is gross. I wish they could get on top of that.

Bad experience here, came to get food with the family. Cashier has bad attitude. They had no lemon, I asked for creamy cilantro and question me if I already got one. Since they didn't have a name tag I asked for her name and said I dnt need to know it. No more salsa bar at any pollo loco. Over priced food, all they do is stuff a lot of beans and rice to anything. They lost a customer forever!!

For fast food option this is a great one. Their pollo bowls and the chopped salads are pretty good when you're in a hurry. Drive thru is quick and efficient. Avocado was fresh and delicious as well.

Decent food but make sure to come during lunch. I've never had problems with my order in the daytime. If you come at night, they never get your order correct. I picked up dinner from them a few weeks ago, and they didn't include any utensils in the bag. Then I picked up dinner from them recently, and not only did they fail to include utensils in my bag again, but they also failed to include dressing for one of the salads in my order. 3 stars though because this location serves horchata.

I work all day and the last thing I wanna do is have to cook a full meal. I grew up eating el pollo loco as a child as a teen and as an adult and I love to share it with my family today after work when I went to go pick up my order my chicken was like beef jerky. I don't know if it was reheated, but I have never ever experienced. This picture will be included. I would drive to another. I'll Pollo Loco out of the way next time.

SHRINKFLATION! Have been going to this location for years and have noticed the size of the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito is about 2/3 the size it was last year. Not only have prices increased, but I'm getting a lot less food.

When I opened my bag at home after I picked up my order, I was shocked at how small the little package of foil was. I thought "that can't possibly be my dinner?" Unfortunately, it was was. Can you guess what this slop is? The picture makes it look bigger than it was but that's how it looked when I opened it. How appetizing. Epic fail! BTW, it's a chicken quesadilla (not a kids meal).

Ordered Door Dash for a chicken taco salad. The shell was half filled with lettuce and some chicken. At the bottom were a few pinto beans and some rice. I'm not a rabbit - put some food in it! Not worth the money.

is this a joke??? I got the breast & wing meal. When I got home and opened my box I had a piece of overcooked, dry breast and a wing chopped up? Absolutely no meat on my wing. I should've taken this back & had one of their workers eat it. This is disgusting .
