I ordered Uber eats so I can't comment on staff although I've visited the established at least twice but never at down to dine there. Ambiance is a step above your average hole in the wall place. I had the gyro combo, Avogolemano soup and a chocolate baklava. The gyro was very lacking in ingredients and I'm not an gyro expert but I'm a world traveler and these had the minimal meat and everything else. The soup was good, it was a chicken and rice porridge with a slight citrus taste. The chocolate baklava was definitely not for me. I'll try the regular one, one day but the chocolate one tasted like I was biting into a soap bar that had a hint of cocoa.

The Gyro is the best, it comes with fries or a side salad. I highly recommend this entrée.

Idk how I keep forgetting about this place. It is always delicious and I never leave unhappy. The falafel are excellent. The gyros are great. My husband had the moussaka and that was also spectacular! I feel like this is easily one of the best places to eat in El Paso.

The food here is good but the staff and operations is so weird. We came in today and they told us it was to go orders only. With what seemed like a full staff. It seemed like the effort to serve just didn't want to be made that day. It's sad because I love the food but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Wow!So I came in because of the name, not gonna lie. Zino's , I just kept saying it over and over again.First thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell, and in a good way! We were immediately greeted and I noticed the place is nice and clean. I'm pretty sure the staff was talking to each other in Spanish, but they greeted us and seated us. Made me a little suspicious about if this food was authentic Greek.SO many choices and yes the prices on some of these are expensive. If you come from a place where snake, rabbit, and gator can be on the menu then you can be a little adventurous and try the gyro (I said "jai-row" but its pronounced "yee-roh" apparently). However you call it, it was delicious! ANd let me tell you, the lamb burger did not disappoint. Generous portion of meat and the taste was incredible. Fries were okay but overall a place I will definitely come back to again.

OWNER TOLD ME TO "GO EAT RICE AND BEANS" because I posted that I didn't like this place and prefer Santorini in las cruces. What a disgusting man. Do not go here. Food is BELOW mid and a ripoff. I'd rather drive 30 mins for good service and quality foods. Bigot owners. EDIT: wife decided to hop onto the Facebook group where I left my general review of all gyros in El Paso where the owner attacked me and decided to call me names. See photos. Really poor conduct by the owners. If you absolutely have to have a gyro in EPTX go to NOUR.

Went here for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. We both agreed the humus was the best we had ever eaten. My husband had the gyro sandwich with fries and I had the chicken souvlaki sandwich with fries. While $4.12 each for fries seemed a little pricey, the sandwiches were a great value and the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and were very well seasoned to compliment the sandwiches. Don't know why we have waited so long to try this place as it is not far from where we live, but we will definitely be going back.

AVOID Zino's AT ALL COSTS. The owner is incredibly rude and has an *alleged* reputation for harassing women--completely unacceptable behavior. The food is mediocre at best, and the atmosphere is tainted by the lack of respect for customers. If you're craving Mediterranean food, skip this place and head to NOUR in El Paso instead. Their food is far superior, the service is excellent, and the overall experience is so much better.
