Zia Clean

Avoid this company at all costs! My experience was very similar to the other reviews here.Called early in the week to schedule a 9am cleaning on Friday morning. 9am Friday came with no sign of the cleaning crew. They failed to pick-up the phone several times and didn't return my message. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said their "cleaner was in the hospital."While I cannot verify whether or not that is true, all the previous reviews have mentioned the same pattern. Staff is a no show - then the owner mentions an illness or a hospitalization. Besides, why would they only have one cleaner available during working hours? A responsible business that couldn't keep appointments would proactively call customers to re-schedule, not wait until they have to fess up.Save your time and energy and go with another cleaning service--ANY other service cannot be as bad as this one!

We'll never use this company again. They were supposed to show up at 8 am to clean the entire house, including windows and tracks inside and out. After getting up at 0530 to remove screens, I got a call at 0745 from the owner stating that one of his crew had an emergency and he couldn't get anyone here until noon. Being on a tight schedule, I agreed since we'd been told that they could complete the job in 4 hours. When the cleaners arrived, they immediately told me (in broken Spanglish) that they were told that it was only a mobile home and they couldn't finish my house in the afternoon. I asked if the 4 hours we were told to allow for wasn't enough. They said that it was, but they had to leave no later than 1500 because they had children in school. They also refused to do the outside of the windows or the tracks because "it cost extra". We knew, because we had specifically contracted for that service. They still refused and the closer it got to 1500, the less they were willing to do. When I asked about the emergency, neither lady had a clue what I was talking about, but complained bitterly that their boss never told them where to go until the last minute. Someone in this company has serious communication issues, and not just with English.The bottom line is that these people did not do what they told us they would do, and even worse, wasted an entire day that could have been used by a competent contractor. Not recommended.

Zia clean gave me an estimate of $450 to clean my home, detailed cleaning. His web site advertised trained professionals and a fifty point cleaning list that they do. Staff sent over had been working for Zia one week, said she had no training and didn't even knew about the list. Job was terrible and I sent her home. Notified owner on March 29 still have not heard from him it's the next day. V RemingtonLC, NM

Unfortunately, the worst customer service experience I have _ever_ had. I was thrilled to receive a maid service gift certificate for christmas - I spent weeks leaving voicemails with the company not returning my calls, and when I did finally connect with a human being, their scheduling was incredibly limited. I had to schedule over a week in advance for a Saturday cleaning, which they cancelled the night before. Supposedly, the cancellation was due to one employee being sick, and another being out of town (isn't this why I had to schedule one week in advance?!). The owner then promised to check scheduling availability and call me back. I didn't hear from him again until 8pm one weeknight when he _texted_ to state that the maids had shown up to my house at 5:30 pm and that I had not been home. He had never informed me that I had an appointment and I had been home since 5:20. So why did I not receive a call for 3 hours after my supposed appointment? Something hinky there.Disorganized, rude, and a terrible waste of time.

I have been a customer for 2 years now and have nothing but great things to say about this company. The ladies that come to my house and clean are very eager to please and do a great job at the things I don't have time to do. I always have the same people cleaning my house. I recently had my carpets done by the company and they look great! Customer service is always good! I recommend this company for any of your needs!
