My son bought me a gift massage and she (massage) person didn't show & NO APOLOGY. KINDA AMATEUR

This is probably one of the, if not THE best massage retreat in El Paso. Tracy is one of the best masseuse I've ever had!! My gf comes here a lot, she's a med school student and is usually pretty stressed out, but every time she goes to Tracy she walks out a new person - refreshed and ready to take on the world. Tracy's studio is relaxing and welcoming, she also makes sure to cater to your personal massage needs (I'm a wuss and can't handle too much pressure). She also lets you unwind first on this fancy massage chair, it's like getting a pre-Massage before the real thing. Price, experience, value, all top notch, can't recommend this place enough!

I wish I could tell you whether the massages here are good or not. I tried to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for her birthday and after spending 20 minutes trying to find the place, I got there and no one was there. I then called the number to see if I could arrange to get a gift certificate and was told by whoever I talked to that they "weren't sure" if they would be in and they weren't able to give me any guidance as to a time I could go to get the gift certificate. I just don't think it should be that hard to buy a service somewhere.

Tracy is an amazing massage therapist! The atmosphere of Zen is relaxing and I always feel so at peace and relaxed after my session. I always look forward to my monthly massage with Tracy!

I've had years and years of lower back pain, I decided to go to Zen and see Tracy. After seeing Tracy the first time, I could not believe the difference. I have more mobility in my back than I've had in over 10 years. She didn't just massage my back as so many other therapists had done before. She knew where to dig in to release everything. Her knowledge of the body is amazing which allowed for her to help me. She gave me "homework" which consists of stretches she taught me. The ambience of Zen is so relaxing. I went yesterday for my 2nd session and fell asleep on the automatic massage table she puts you on when you get there. I've already scheduled my 3rd massage and I can't wait to go back!!!!

During my last visit home I discovered mom had been having serious lower back pain. Hoping that Tracy had an opening I called and she Thankfully agreed to make my mom her last Apt for that day. Now the challenge was convincing mom to come with me to her apt. Well I did, and the rest...Wow! Mom was barley able to walk in. Tracy however with her experience calmed my mom. It was tough watching the pain leave moms body as Tracy zeroed in on the epicenter of moms pain. Tracy's finesse instilled a new vigor into my mom and gained her trust as well. Mom has never felt better, and now looks forward to her time with Tracy. My family can not, Thank you enough Tracy.

I don't give 5 star reviews often. I went here yesterday to get a Swedish massage, from the minute you walk into the door you are definitely in a retreat. It's very peaceful and quiet inside of the studio, Tammy is very friendly and professional. What I was most impressed with is her technique. She has hands down one of the best techniques I've ever experienced during a massage. And that's saying a lot because I've had all different kinds of massages from many different therapists across the states . She definitely has a keen sense of what the client needs and how the massage is going for them. I highly recommend her services and I plan to go back for more massages.

Last year my sister-in-law sent me a gift of a prenatal massage at this location. She paid online and forwarded me instructions to schedule the massage. I sent four emails to Tracy, trying to schedule the massage. She replied to my second email, and asked me to provide my phone number to schedule the massage. I sent my phone #, but she never called or texted me. The other emails were ignored. I wish I could have had a massage here.

I was thoroughly impressed with Tracy and Zen. This is the first truly quality massage I've had in El Paso. I've tried other places, and they simply do not compare to the personal attention and overall comfort level I had while at Zen. Tracy is a super nice lady and she understands how the body works as a total system, and she works magic!

If there was a way I could give a six star rating I would! Zen Therapeutic Retreat is by far the BEST place to go for a massage. Tracy is extremely kind, knowledgable, effective, and professional. My mother who has various neurological problems goes to her and within a very short period of time she has experienced better range of motion from Tracy's stretching methods and can know sleep peacefully through the night (she has suffered from insomnia for years). If you are looking for a place to relax or to start a journey that can change your health and mental well being, Zen Therapeutic Retreat will exceed your expectations!
