Great company. I tried Casa Carpet first and frankly it was like talking to a wall, after a week of not getting anywhere I decided to shop around. I went to the west side to Carpet warehouse but they seemed pricey and did not really have what I was looking for. Home depot and Lowes apparently take weeks to get the carpet. Ysleta carpets had something close to what I was looking for and I confirmed my order with them over the phone Friday at 4:45 pm, they came out to confirm measurements after they closed at 5:15. I received a call that it arrived Monday and they would be available to install Tuesday morning. There was a misunderstanding, my fault, about moving furniture, because I had told her I needed that after she wrote down the quote. Apparently everyone in town charges for that, and I did not remember that being the case before so keep that in mind. Two rooms was $92. But they were really great. I was so happy to find a really professional carpet company. HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

When Rudy Garibay arrived to give us an estimate, he had sample books and full information ready to help us make our choices. On the day for the installation the crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. We are very pleased with the work and all the staff who participated in the project!
