Very nice owner on the phone but she lied. I didn't receive my Valentines Day roses and she said she would make it up by sending a bigger bouquet. It's 6 months later and I still have received them. She's a very good liar.

Bought some flowers for my moms Anniversary arrangement was mediocre and was over charged ridiculously for the size should gave gone to Albertson's

I'm in Dallas, so searched online for a florist in El Paso to send flowers to my aunt's funeral. I called a couple flower shops, but Norma at Your Thoughts Floral was very helpful and even called me back to make sure she could add a birds of paradise that I wanted. She even sent me a picture when she was finished!! By far the best customer service!! She even completed this same day. I would highly recommend Your Thoughts Floral!

I bought flowers and a corsage for my mom for Mother's Day online. Right away, Norma called to tell me that they don't deliver corsages. I told her to delete that order and give me a refund. She called me a few minutes later that she was unable to give me my refund. Instead she told me that she will make the corsage and will have it delivered to my mom. I thought that was very sweet of her.
