Charged me $60 to color a bit of my hair blue, instead of doing 3/4 of it as I'd requested. Color is gone, not even three weeks later. I had not asked her the price, had I known, & had I known the poor quality of the product she used, I'd never have paid that much. At the same time, making this appointment, I asked her for a price to simply wash my elderly roommate's hair. She said $3. Then she charged the woman $10, later protesting she'd never do ANYTHING for $3. I can attest to this now. She washed it, didn't dry it, left my roommate to go home in a wet shirt after 15 minutes under the dryer. Don't expect to get what you want from Patty, she does what she wants & too bad for you.
