We discovered Yoli's on a road trip between Bisbee and the Chiricahua Nat'l Mon. Sitting on the west side of 191 is a little pink ( I think it's pink) trailer. there are a couple tables outside, no room for more than the cook and Yoli inside. I had the Carne Asada burrito and was amazed. Even the flour tortilla looked home made. It was loaded with meat and a mix of cabbage and cheese. I asked for a less heat and was given what I would call a 1 star heat range burrito. if you're in the area don't worry about being hungry, just stop. It's cheap and from what I saw everything is good. Places like this are hard to find and need to be supported by those of us fortunate enough to be driving by. ps. she also had bags of local pecans for sale.
