Place looked promising after a date night, but the doors were locked an hour before the closing time said on Apple Maps.

Not my favorite place. If you have small children, they will get a ton of frozen yogurt for a fortune. My kids each ordered a small yogurt that you automatically have to pay an extra fee for because of the different flavors. Any topping is extra as well. We asked if the smoothies were milk based but the servers didn't know. I ended up ordering a Bubble Tea. It was decent. I wish I would've been asked what sugar level to order because it was too late when I saw the sign to cut the sugar level.I feel like it was very expensive for just an ice cream run to take the kids to.

Why is there no air? It's over 100 degrees and it's insane for a person to sit down and not be able to enjoy their frozen yogurt.

Service was great and the yogurts were delicious, but the temperature inside was ridiculous, how is a Froyo shop going to be scorching hot inside, it's completely unbelievable! I feel complete sadness for the employees who have to deal with that temperature the whole day. Management really need to fix the temperatures inside asap!

I've been coming to this place for a long time now, absolutely loved it. I went this location and received the most rude customer service.I myself work in customer service and I would never give this type of treatment back, august 7th at 9:45pm, my friend and I drove to get some boba, from the start she was super rude, I understand your closing but your not closed! these two girls gave me the most attitude I've ever gotten. With enough time to make me another drink she said " we are closing" the shut the door in my face, I was in line and had just paid, my friend did not revive her drink, on top of that, they thought it was funny to stick their heads out the window, I want sure what they said since my window was up but they had the audacity to do that. I am not happy about this experience but 1. you lost money 2. I didn't get my second drink that was yet to be ordered. very poor man skills on picking your employee. do better !
