Yogo Berry

DT lane was closed, lobby door was locked. The employee ignored us. Why was it closed at 9:15 PM? Don't you close at 10:00 PM?

Very good fro yo. They have lots of toppings for the yogurts of different flavored. They also have bubble tea and crushed fruit. I really love the cute fruit art on the walls.

I thought that it was great, there was no wait .Always clean, lots of options for toppings and Bubble tea is excellent! So happy we have one in Horizon. Great art on the wall.

The employees were too busy feeling each other up at the register they completely got our order wrong! Ordered strawberry and got pieces of chocolate chips! Worst yogo berry I've ever been to.

web page shows 10 pm closed and showed up at 920 pm and they refused service to 4 people including us!!

Over priced. Yogurt tasted more like a slushee. Got chocolate and before I could finish it it was water. Employees closed the front door about 30 minutes before posted sign.

Really bad service, as soon as we walked in the place was all dirty and the workers where looking at us weird as if they didnt want to attend us. All the toppings seem to be rotting which is disgustin. They also over shared us wehn normaly they wouldnt at other places for only two small yogurts with three toppings each. Wouldnt recommend this place. -00000/10

This place is trash. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they couldn't offer any drink items on the menu because they said they closed all equipment to blend any of the drinks. What is the point of having menu items if you pick and choose when you serve them during actual business hours. If this is normal business practice they should have a sign stating this. And the cherry on top (pun intended) is they weren't wearing their masks while making our order but requested us to wear our masks.

This place has changed quite a bit, for starters the prices are ridiculous 6$for a large yogurt without any toppings . One full dollar per topping. When the topping is basically nothing. Then you include tax and find your self paying 10$ for a little thing. The best flavors aren't carried here any more and you're likely to meet someone with poor customer service skills. Not worth the money
