Yogo Berry

Idk what is about this location but every-time I have come like around 9 to like 930 they say they never have anything or are out of something because they're beginning to close down. Idk if it's lack of management but so tired of the customer service and having attitude. They say they close by 10pm but if you're there earlier they're already shutting down. Shouldn't it still be in service until 10pm?? I don't get it sucks bc yogurt is really good just horrible customer service always.

I feel really bad writing this review because the lady was really nice..but...we ordered a boba and a smoothie and they were undrinkable. The smoothie tasted like I was drinking Pepto. The boba had no flavor at all and the boba balls were super chewy. We won't go there again even if they paid us to. LOL

I just noticed this Yogo Berry location seems new. Inside is very clean and always busy at night, most times the line comes out the front door. Awesome flavors and a polite staff. It's just the sweet flavorful snack you need at the end of the day.

The owner of this or the manager of this store needs to check in every now and then. We were in the drive through along with 4 other cars 10 minutes before closing, we alllll got turned away and were told that they closed at 8:45pm when the website states closing time at 9:00pm. We then advised the girl at the window that the website says 9 and she stated that they need to be OUT of the store at 9pm. I worked at another location. Thats a bulllshit lie. We asked for the managers name, she responded she can't give away personal info, we asked for her name, she responded she can't give away "personal info". She didn't have a name tag which is odd, ALLLL EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE A NAME TAG! If there was a zero star i'd go with that. There's no phone number to this location online either. Frustrating and unnecessarily ruuuude!!!

Just a your typical yogurt ice cream with really bad service. The manager there is so moody that customers have to serve to her lol. Never going back!

This place is conveniently located close to my house which is a great plus!! The yogurt is good and my kids get the same thing every time we go. However, today when I pulled up to the drive-thru I saw the worker looked right at us from the front but didn't come out to help. There were no customers inside. So I reversed the car to ring the bell. She did not look like she wanted to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day. Who hasn't had a bad day? Anyways, when I asked for a taro boba tea she said they didn't have the chewy tapioca balls. It seems like every time I go here they are out of the tapioca balls. Smh I am not sure how many customers they served daily but don't you check your supply to make sure you aren't low on something that would make the drink complete? She still asked if I wanted the drink without the tapioca balls? Um, no thanks. Like I said it's a hit or miss with the boba drinks here but the yogurt is good. I would prob find another boba place to satisfy my thirst instead of getting it there.

I have never been inside this location, but I have visited the drive thru plenty of times. I recently moved to Northeast and when I first saw how close this location is to my house, I got so exited because I thought that I would be able to easily have access to my pomegranate n mango mix yogurt cup, but I soon realized on my first visit, that they don't have pomegranate! Sometimes I'm told that they're out, and sometimes they tell me that they don't carry it. Whatever the case is, its really disappointing. I still go here once in a while, but I would go a lot more if they had the flavor I love best. Another thing that I don't care for, is when they serve the large cup with two flavors, they serve the two flavors swirled together as opposed to side by side like I get at other locations. In the end, Yogo Berry is still Yogo Berry and I love their products so much!! I recommend this as a super yummy ice cold treat. :)

Got here at 8:53pm and ir was closed. Not sure if schedule changed but on maps it says it closes at 10:00pm. The lady didn't even looked up or anything. Heading to Aurora Rolling ice cream instead.
