Xtreme Pizza & Wings

We ordered a Belly Buster pizza on Halloween last year, and this year! Their pizza, delivery, and service never disappoints. Their customer service is very amicable, and their delivery is very prompt. They told me delivery would be one hour because they were extremely busy, but they delivered in under 30 minutes. The Belly Buster pizza is delicious and so large that we literally had leftovers for days! LolHighly recommend and we certainly will be buying from them again very soon.

The Navy office on 1875 Saul Kleinfeld Dr. Unit 102 always gets Pizza from Xtreme. The price is amazing and the pizza is absolutely delicious all the time. The crust has the perfect crisp and softness all in one bite. The ingredients and toppings are tasty and they don't skimp out on you either. East Navy office approved so come on down to Enlist and get a slice or two while you're at it.

Ordered the large pizza and 10 wings combo for delivery. The pizza and wings were delicious. I ordered online and contact free delivery so no interaction with the business. Good food at a reasonable price.

Terrible, they cancelled my order without reason, refunded my money but never called to make it right. The "owner" Gomez laughed at the situation and offered nothing to get my order made or anything else. Awful customer service it's probably for the best my order never came. Owner careless and unprofessional: Dorean Gomez 915-526-1417 told me to text him my DoorDash info! I rate it a -5 but that's not an option.

The "Owner" is very rud and unprofessional!!! He swiped my wife's card, and stated that the transaction didn't go through. I instantly gave him my card as he was running my card my wife checked her back account and charge was showing pending. My wife tried to show him the transaction. He got very defensive and stated the he makes money by selling food not by steeling. Guy pretends to be the owner and doesn't care if he loses a customer!! Will definitely take my $60 plus dollars elsewhere!!

This place sucks a medium size pizza is like xtra small!! I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. The costumer service was ok there is lots of room for improvement. This was my first and last time visiting this place.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. For starters, i believe 1 of the requirements to work here is that you have to be incompetent and have absolutely no common sense. In a time when you can get a cheap pizza from virtually any brand, i do not see why anyone would choose this place. Over the past few orders I have have mistakes that I have let go, today however was a special kind of stupid. My order was incorrect and while i was upset that it was so, we were too hungry to fuss about it so we ate, that is after a 1 hour and 45 minute wait for delivery. When i finally decided to call the store to let them know of their mistake, i spoke with a string of incompetent clerks who couldnt answer a single question without putting me in one of their constant holds. Their first response was that in order for them to give me a correct pizza i had to give them the incorrect pizza seriously.. then after other handful of holds I was told that i could get credit for a medium cheese pizza, even though what i had ordered was a large half cheese half peperonni pizza but their explanation qas that since i already ate all the pepperoni on my incorrect order they couldnt dain to give me any more so a medium would have to do. The fact of the matter is that we are all pretty familiar with micromanaging owners/managers. I think is unfathomable that between 3 clerks I spoke with today neither had the authority to do the decent thing for paying customer. I was not asking for charity or anything impossible, the only thing I asked was that my order would be corrected since they messed it up.

It is a matter of time until they get a health code violation. They dropped my pizza while bringing it to the counter. Hygiene is not a priority here since they checked the pizza they dropped on the floor to see if they could still give it to me. Pretty gross. They did this in full view of me. I had to wait while they baked another pizza. My advice is to not order ahead of time via the app and don't be dumb like I was, and tip beforehand via the web.

Excellent pizza at a even better price!! X'treme will forever be my go to! They offer great specials ranging from combos with pizza and wings to up to five pizzas and even 2 liters and wings! They have the option of calling your order in or ordering online. Customer service is a plus too never had an issue with x'treme pizza! I don't know what's up with these "reviews"RECOMMENDED!!!!
