Express Body literally saved us in our time of need! We were traveling through El Paso when our front bumper decided to almost come off. The customer service was great but we didn't go in for body work we went for a tune up and to fix our air conditioner. They said they fixed everything and then charged us $400 for the service that they didn't fix and gave us a warranty should anything happen. 2 weeks later the air broke again so I took it in again the said they fixed it only for it 2 break 2 more times and it is HOT especially for the kids, then they tell me it's another problem that's gonna cost another $300. If I would have known that I would have had it done all at once instead of going through all of this and what does the warranty even cover if they are only gonna charge me double from what they did in the beginning. The people are really nice but I won't go back again because of this issue.

Worst business! Worked on vehicle after accident and used after market parts. Ended up messing up a/c,, transmissions, and power steering due to not adding whatever (freon, transmission and power steering) fluid after draining all the fluids. They are incompetent and unprofessional.

Took a bumper to see if they could put it on but it didn't fit and were gonna charge a lot for and decided not to go forward so they put my original one back on, it wasn't in perfect condition originally but left it worse scratches all over and a small piece of paint messed up. The owner gave me a long speech that he would rather work on other cars than on my because of the amount it would take if I did get the bumper done with them what a way to do business there plus he lost my number and didn't call me until 3 days later when I called them sat there doing nothing and got charged 120$ because it took the workers time away. Overall a bad experience there.

Worst customer service ever. Do not take your vehicle here. I took my vehicle in for a paint job. The owner, Luis, told me it would be a 4 week job. I dropped off my vehicle on April 15, 2020 and did not get it back until July 14, 2020, and it is still not done. The paint job and body work were inferior. It not only took 14 weeks to get my vehicle back, but when I did the work was bad. The new paint had cracks, hood was installed incorrectly and would not close, had gaps on doors and hood. I asked if they could Rhino Line my bumpers and step bars and they said they could. Two days after picking up my vehicle, step bars and bumpers had new rhino chipping off. The bumpers and side steps were never prepped for rhino lining. I took my vehicle back and they said they would take care of it and do it right. One week later after taking it back to them they started to chip again. Paint on tailgate has 3 cracks on it. It is now August 26, 2020 and I am still waiting for them to repair all these problems. When i do call them they are very rude and vulgar. I would give them zero stars if it allowed me. Trust me. Do not take your vehicle here. It will be a nightmare for you

I picked up my 1998 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck from Luis and his employees at Xpress body shop and repair in El Paso ,Texas. I must say they are the best. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. I am very pleased with the work they have done on my truck, and I will have no problem recommending them to my friend and colleagues. It is a family owned business, and the way they treat you is like family. They went out of their way to find parts that are hard to find. I have a piece of mind that my truck is in good hands. Excellent work, excellent customer service, what more can I say except, "Thank you again, Luis and his employees of Xpress Body and repair.

1 star is a compliment to this place. Look if I can give 0 STAR then I would. I am going to try and keep this professional. I have a 2012 Camry that I bought from online Auction last year, was front end damage, fixed it at home, the time was right to finally get it completed, I took it in to get painted and fix the gaps. I got plenty of offers from shops ranging from 450 to 1500. I talked to the owner of the place, he looked at the car, I told him what I wanted, he said DON'T WORRY WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU, have the car painted and gaps fixed. I dropped the car off on a Monday and I was told to pick it up the following Tuesday. I get a call from them on Thursday, they apologized because the car is going to be late Due to XYZ and will be ready Saturday the following week.....NO PROBLEM.I extend my rental car. I stop by the following Thursday, and I am told that its not going to be done until the following Tuesday due to XYZ....NO PROBLEM. (notice a pattern here ?)I again extend my rental car and once again assured that all body work is done and just needs paint. they even show me my car, which had my front bumper removed. I pointed out a few things that are still the same, oddly enough after I was told all bodywork is done.... the manager said OK we will get it done. thank you sir, have a good day, Great. So finally Tuesday, I go to pick up the car, they tell me the car is done and in the back, great finally, I go to the back to find the car painted poorly( white gaps that are noticeable by the other body shop that I had to take it to after to fix it again, apparently due to dirt or something, ), the driver door window trim on the outside is broken, with the bumper sticking out on both sides and ALL the GAPS are almost the same way when I gave them the car. I am told that, SORRY WE TRIED BUT......, We cant fix it, due to it needing parts (Core support and apparently the apron). Hold on, If it needed parts and you can not fix it why not tell me? you have my phone number on file and I stoped by....? why not give me a quote before you painted? why paint it not fix it ?for example hey sir we can paint it but we cant align the gaps due to XYZ and this is how much it needs if you like ??? is this unreasonable ?how about when the manager told me the body work was done when I walked in the week before on Thursday?? then I am told by the MANAGER that the deal was not made with him and it was made with the owner, The owner explains that they tried to fix it and couldn't because the car needed parts...yadayadayada.... I am angry at this point and don't want to lose my cool so I walk away to go grab the money to pay them, the manager takes over and the owner leaves me and starts talking on his phone... NO PROBLEM..................................how much to fix I needed it fixed? the manager says you have to pay us double basically to fix it, oh and BTW we cant fix it right now we are so busy, drop it off next week on Monday and pick it up on Friday.....look I am sure one of them is going to read this review and start telling me how they are right and I am wrong for XYZ, good luck. Am I at fault for being this lenient with them ? YES. Am I wrong for trusting a business in my community that I literally live 2 miles away from ? YES. Are they at fault for not honoring the deal? YES Am I happy with the results? NO. what do I want from them to fix this???? If i can get my money back minus the paint they used (not including the labor) who am I kidding this is not going to happen. if you want your car done right, DO NOT come here. If you want to be taken advantage of and have a headache, you have found the place. maybe you will have a different experience I hope. save your money and time and take your business somewhere else.Why no pictures, I don't have pics after I picked it up from them that night as I took it to another body shop imminently the next morning.

They did a great job repairing my car. Their estimate was spot on where as several other places were under bidding the damages, they would have found them after the bumper was removed and it would have delayed me getting my car back. They handled everything with the insurance company, set up my rental car and even vacuumed out my car before I picked it up. I highly recommend these guys.

Too bad there I couldn't give them NEGATIVE number of stars. This has been the most negative experience I have had with a body shop. I have been yelled at and disrespected by Brenda and Peter. I have had to take my vehicle back for them to complete the repairs. Now, because their work was so sloppy, they are having to redo it. Awful customer service and both Brenda M. and Peter are so very unprofessional that they should not be in the customer service field. Don't waste your time and money here. You will not be treated well (Peter came at me, trying to intimidate me, and took advantage that my husband was not with me) and I was attacked verbally to the point where I was in tears. I brought to their attention ALL the flaws and there was plenty in my paint job. Luis, the owner blamed himself for the sloppy work and unprofessional attitudes of Brenda and Peter which only shows that customers are not a priority (ironic since they are in the service field) but covering up for their employees is. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.
