Fabulous customer service!!! I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered that same day and needless to say my mom was thrilled!! The flowers were fresh, exactly what the picture looked like and delivered within hours of ordering!! I am now a loyal customer! Thank you for making my mom's birthday so special!!

I came in a few minutes before closing on a Friday looking for a corsage for my mother's birthday. The lady at the counter who may have been the owner quickly offered to make me a corsage with in 5 minutes. She gave me a couple color options and flower options along with reasonable prices. The corsage was done within 5 minutes and it was exactly what I was looking for, my mom was very pleased! I highly recommend this shop as I greatly value establishments that are big on customer service. Thank you!

My cousin recently gave birth to a baby girl and I'd been wanting to send her some pretty flowers to congratulate her and I finally did today. Xochitl didn't disappoint! They're beautiful. I live in Los Angeles and I will be ordering flowers from them again for my loved ones in El Paso.

I live in Southern California so I placed an order on their website. Great selection and easy to use. Flowers were really nice and the delivery was right on time. I was worried because it was Mother's Day weekend. Would definitely use them again.

I ordered flowers from out of state to be delivered locally. They were very helpful! My name and message didn't make it through the website when I ordered, so they called and messaged me to ask if I wanted a message or if it supposed to be blank. My Spanish isn't the best and I couldn't remember what I initially wrote, so they just asked me to say it English and they translated it :) The flowers were beautiful and the recipients were very impressed. Thank you!

I try to support local businesses, but after today's experience I will not use this florist for future orders. Placed order online a week ago and was third in line (after store opened) to pick up Valentine's flowers for my wife. They were NOT ready. Disorganized and unprofessional -- I got a refund and left. Same happened to woman in line in front of me. Sad that El Paso has such a low bar for what is "acceptable service". Manaña.

I called at the last minute on Christmas Eve and she made the most beautiful centerpiece. Christmas dinner was that much more special and I highly recommend. She is responsive, prompt and talented.
