Wood Floors by Beto

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be!This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true!The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.

Great service from day one. Everyone in the office and installation team was professional, on time, and responsive. The communication was great and the price was equal to the product and service. They handled our older home with respect and were very helpful with suggestions on baseboards and colors.

Requested a quote. Showed up to my mom's home and spent a total of 5 minutes assessing and never returned my call. Seems the job was too small and not worth their time. Shows this company is only interested in money and not helping senior citizens. Not a good business. Should have had the courtesy to return my call.

His Team did a great job over two weekends in redoing my bedrooms and the office with Hardwood floors, They were on time, courteous, efficient, and clean. Beto, and his team, were able to accommodate my work schedule. The House and rooms were left in pristine condition after the work was completed.
