Exceptionally nice staff here. They were friendly and helpful. They guided us to our site and supplied us with the best, most informative welcome packet we've ever received in our cross country travels. They care about their park and their inhabitants, whether they are overnighters or those staying longer. Worth every penny to stay in this lovely place.

Wow, this is a hidden gem. GPS lead me right here, but the owner said some people had problem with their GPS getting here. I took the gravel road, and thought it was super funny and a blast. The owner says there is a smooth road in if that's to your liking. The minute I drove up, I could feel a positive energy and peacefulness. I did see a large coyote running through the Prairie as I was driving in, so if you have small animals never let them out of your sight and keep them on leash. There are also multiple birds of prey....beautiful, but don't lose your little fur kids. I have four dogs and three of them are little, so that is a practice I already adhere to. The owner Carole was super inviting and met me up the front to take me to my spot, and give my a welcome packet, if history and info about the area. I told her that this place reminded me of a wolf sanctuary that I visited in California. I took the whole four-legged family out to visit my son in Georgia for the holidays and I was on the road for three weeks already. This was absolutely my favorite spot. They are a member of passport America so my night visit was 50% off, very reasonable. This place is a little off the beaten path, but if you're a free spirited person like myself, you will be happy you stayed here.

Off the beaten path but worth the drive off the 10 in Deming, New Mexico. Good spot. The people were very nice and helpful. It's secured very well with security gates. Good stop for us going from one RV stop to the next traveling from California to Michigan. We loved the email photo they emailed us with our truck and trailer with the New Mexico mountains in the back ground too cool!

Ditto to all previous comments! I'd like to keep this a hidden gem but that wouldn't be fair to the wonderful owner and staff! They are all about customer service and will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. My dogs enjoyed the many trails as well as the fenced in dog park. It was great having a nice hot shower as well as a laundry room. All in all it felt like home here. You will enjoy a restful stay here! See you down the trail....peace out... NanaNomad

What a great find. We didn't have a reservation and it was getting dark. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and pandemic conscious. They asked questions to help offer a discount. The grounds were quiet, clean and the amenities were close by.The amenities offered a dog park, laundry, shower, bathroom, water, coffee and tea, pool table, books, games and a star filled sky.It was exactly what we needed. No nonsense and safe.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed at. Carrol is simply amazing! The help there are all personable and exemplary customer service. The buildings were immaculate with hot coffee on, water and Gatorade for those in the workout room. Every little detail was attended to. We stayed one night and left. Ended coming back for a second night after our group of 2 RVs had truck problems. This sweet lady actually personally paid for our stays that night!! Have you ever heard if that? We sure hadn't! This place is 5 star in all ways but customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, price and just down home goodness through and through.
