Just feel like it was drug out when with the info I had given they knew I couldn't win my common law marriage case . If I would have had a one on one in person conversation I could have saved myself a lot of money . in the beginning I informed them I was a older lady living on a small social security . I feel it was drug out for them to charge me more money when they knew I didn't have leg to stand on . very friendly but guess I paid for that too. I regret ever going through this law firm. Please save yourself the grief and money and do not use them. Going through a child custody hearing is stressful and emotional. I put my faith in this firm, they lied, and only cared about money, they do not care about there clients. If I could leave zero stars on this review I would. My initial contact with the attorney was free, he assured that I had a case and that if I made my payment right away they would start on the case immediately. After I made payment I was assigned to a callous attorney who had no people skills. She shared that our case was a long shot. I asked why that was not mentioned in my initial call and she said she didn't know but payment had already been processed no refunds. I was already 5K in so decided to continue. I had anxiety for months due to working with them. Crying daily as I always had to reach out for updates. I expected them to be experts in their trade and this was not the case. Responses to my questions where never clear, the only clear thing was that I would be charged for any and all questions. They lack professionalism and organization. Please if you are looking for an attorney you need someone who cares and who is going to fight for you. Someone who knows what they are doing. This firm lacks customer service, professionalism, empathy, sympathy, and overall common sense!My child custody case was lost due to this incompetent law firm.

If you're looking for an attorney that you can absolutely trust, work EXTREMELY hard, and follow through to the very end, then THIS IS THE LAW FIRM. The staff is so very kind and professional. I want to personally give a massive thank you to my attorney, Christopher R. Konneker. I don't want to give details about my case, but without him, I don't know what I would have done. Also, a huge shout out to his paralegal, a Mrs. Patricia Gibson- what a smart and kind-hearted woman. Thank you both from the very bottom of my heart.

Had no idea how to process my bankruptcy. They get kickbacks every time they send someone chapter 13. Secretary told me "I should eat crackers." To save money to pay them. Snakes. Steer clear. Fortunately I was able to find an Attorney who saw my whole financial picture and treated me like a human being.

Fast, friendly and professional experience. We used them for estate planning preparation and creating a will. We didn't have any complicated issues that should cause much pause, so ours was probably a fairly typical event; for that I can't speak to how they handle complex issues. What I can say is that they made the process of preparing wills and estate planning easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with similar needs.

They work with the little man. Mrs. Doss is very kind and understanding. She gives her all. Mr. Chris loves helping others and does his job to ensure clients are happy.

Attorneys are experienced and care about the clients. Initial consultations are free of charge, a rarity in Dallas and Collin counties.

If you want to waste money, time, and resources please use this law firm.They make you feel like your nothing more but a dollar sign.One of the worst Law firms I've experienced going through a Divorce and Child's Custody battle. Initially Attorney Christopher Migliaccio agreed to go on the case but passed the case over to a a colleague who wasn't experienced at all. She was extremely irresponsible, incompetent and lacks understanding and active listening skills. Ultimately this resulted in over 30 grand spent , 1 year down the drain , still haven't seen my children on top of having to get a new lawyer. I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone.... For the time , money, and emotional roller coater this firm put me through, I could of afforded the top lawyer I actually wanted if I knew they were going to be such phonies. Please people don't make this same mistake. Please read the yelp reviews first and if you still choose to select this firm please make sure after the first few errors on their behalf you pull out! My husband and I hired Warren and Migliaccio almost 5 years ago, to work out the details of a family court child custody case. 5 years.. this case should have taken 2 years maximum. We set up a payment plan with the attorney office and paid monthly. Every year we were hit with random "you have to pay this or we will drop you" thousands of dollars out of nowhere. So you know what they do.. 2 months before trial drop us for not being able to pay $8000 at the drop of a dime. Literally. We never missed a payment from our original payment plan even with the random $2000-5000 payments that "had to be paid or we will be dropped " Oh but it gets better, we are shit out of luck with no attorney, 2 months before final trial and they still have the audacity to say you can still make monthly payments to your account. You have got to be kidding right... No not kidding. These people are a joke. We went through 4 different attorneys with this firm and just to get fucked over and taken advantage of. You all should be ashamed of yourself.

All I have to say it's stressful to go thru a child custody you feel like your on a roller coaster if you go thru this law firm you will feel worse they are not professional and all they care about is money they don't care about there clients.
