Super super long wait for a chicken sandwich fry and drink fries were good but the sandwich the bun was not soft and the chicken was only warm

One hour thirty minute wait to dine in.... meanwhile there was just one other couple dining in. Employee said this was the eta because they had a lot of online orders. I just don't understand why they haven't come up with a system to separate online vs dine in orders. We literally took the time to show up in person, get in line and patiently wait to be assisted. We just wanted to have a decent dinner to celebrate our friend/husband coming home from deployment. What's the point of having all those tables if you can't acomódate a decent wait time for dine in customers.

Ordered take out at 6pm. 30 wings and some fries. Said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Get there at 6:30 pm and was told about 10 more minutes because they were behind. Sure no problem I can wait. 7:15pm comes and my food is FINALLY READY. Absolute BS!

Employees will talk to each other and laugh and joke while you wait 30 minutes for them to put your food in a bag.

I been waiting on my wings for a half hour , a 30 minute plus ticket time is ridiculous for just some This is not the first time. I need to order something to go but I rather not I'm gonna be here till midnight .

waited for my order for over an hour. everyone in the store was waiting for a to go order as well. they are not efficient at all and on top of waiting they forgot the ranch with the order. if you are looking for hot ready to eat wings, I do not recommend.

Be prepared to wait 1hr and 30min+ on anything you order!This Wing Stop is so backed up constantly that they lose track of what has been completed and what isn't. Orders that are done are so inexplicably wrong that they have to redo to order entirely! If you like your food done in a reasonable amount of time, choose somewhere else to eat.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to wait over an hour for an 8 piece meal with only one customer in front of me. Customer service sucks and the place is dirty, floors are all sticky. This is the worst location and my food was cold too by the time I got it.

Food is always good in this location, it might take a little longer but as long as the food is good and fresh I don't mind waiting. Compared to the Wingstop on Dyer absolute bad experience there. But This location they're faster, fresh wings, good customer service. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

WORST location. Food is never ready at the time they tell you or even 30 minutes after the time they tell you! I've called to order multiple times & employees are joking around with each other while on the phone & mess up my order. I'd rather drive farther to dyer location to actually get my order in time & correctly.
