When we went food was good the vibe was nice, the lady in the front was very nice and funny the only thing tho was that half way eating we found hair in our ranch the girl apologized and gave us a new one but that kinda just gave me the ick for the rest of the meal. Like was it from the same batch? What if the hair was in all of our ranches we were eating but only physically in that one:/ I really liked the food and portions but that kinda ruined it for me imo

We went to Wing It express on a whim. They were crazY busy because it was super bowl Sunday. Everything smelled wonderful and we were only there to get food to go. We decided to order the appetizer to tray and the owner said he didn't get very many orders for it, but it was amazing! Everything was fried crunchy. The jalapeños were the perfect blend of flavor and spice. The staff was very friendly and they did tell us it's take about 30 minutes because they were slammed but the food wass ready in 15. Their tray is the perfect date meal. Everything was fried to perfection and the owner had so much pride in this establishment it makes me want to go back and support this business. I also want to go back for the fried pickles and jalapeños. If you haven't tried it, definitely give it a try.You get fried pickles, boneless wings, onion rings, fried jalapeños and buffalo ranch fries with a bowl of ranch for right around $12

I truly enjoyed the lemon pepper wings. The wings arrived hot and delicious. They were cooked with perfection. I would highly recommend these wonderful wings from Wing It Wings and Things to my friends and family!

I was really in the mood for wings and couldn't find any other place near this area besides this one. This was my first time trying this place and of course, before choosing I had to look at the Yelp reviews and saw that it had good ratings. I had the opportunity to dine in so I did. I ordered the 5 wing combo with fries. I choose lemon pepper as my sauce and they were great! The temperature of the wings were full of flavor and very succulent. The fries were pretty good too but some of them (VERY few) were stuck together and not cooked all the way. Overall, it's a great location for a quick bite to eat, especially if you're in the mood for wings. *the only reason why I gave this place 4/5 stars is because when I was dining inside, the restaurant got really smoky. It would be 5/5 if they had maybe a proper ventilation system but I understand. Towards the end of our meal, one of the staff propped a door open to help air out the restaurant and it did help but very little! Maybe in the near future they can purchase one or something!

Stopped in tonight for a quick 30 wings and was very disappointed. We've always loved the location in the Northeast of El Paso, and frequent it when we are on that side of town, but this location is not up to par when it comes to service. We first tried calling to place an order ahead of time and save ourselves the wait, the lady working asked us to hold, which we did for over 10 minutes. At that point we were already at the location and I walk in to see one customer there, and the cashier is just playing on her cell phone. She greeted us as normal, but just said "oops" when I mentioned we had already been on hold for so long, didn't even apologize. We then place an order for 30 wings, 15 Hawaiian, 15 lemon pepper, all extra crispy. Get home and realize we have 22 Hawaiian and 10 lemon pepper. I was okay because the Hawaiian were mine, but quite the let down for my wife who had the idea to go in the first place and got skimped on her wings. Guess I'm the future I'll just have to invest the drive over to the Northeast location so at least I know my food will be right and I'll get good customer service. TL;DR: great wings, horrible service at this location. Go to the one in Northeast El Paso and save yourself the let down.

First time trying Wing It.I'm doing the low carb diet thing, they made me the boneless wings with no breading they were very good. I like the suicide sauce the best it's a buffalo sauce with Habaneros in it I didn't find it to be too spicy but very flavorful. And Monday through Thursday they do $0.60 boneless wings. Definitely recommend trying it out, they have another location at 54 and Transmountain. That is also a bar and grill and they do steaks and burgers and other things that they don't do at this location.

The wings were bomb, definitely recommend. Also got bread sticks, everything was great.

I been going to this place for over 10 years and suicide flavor has ALWAYS been my favorite go to. Today as usual I ordered my wings with the suicide flavor, drove 10 mins all the way to my house. As I was giving my first bite I come to taste my wings watered down flavorless.. I call and told of the wings being flavor less and the response from the cashier was.. "thats how the flavor was made today"

This is the worst place to eat and for the money you spend! I spent over $100 on my order to go and the wings where wrong fries cold! They don't answer the phone. You're better off going to McDonald's

Boneless chicken tasted horrible and they were hard like a rock almost lost a tooth manager lady said she will call me back and she didn't.
