Window World of Las Cruces came out to install 11 new windows in the home we just purchased. Luis and Charles we're polite and professional. They had their work cut out for them and they completed the job with speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! We have two vacation rental properties up in Ruidoso. The quotes we received to replace 10 large picture windows in one house and 6 windows in the other was outrageous until we went to Window World. Excellent customer service! The windows were ready when they said they would be. The day the put the windows in, we were shocked at how quickly they worked and how clean they left the cabins. We are extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone!

On September 15th, 2023, we contracted with Window World of Las Cruces to purchase 17 windows for our house. Initially, the installation was scheduled for the first week of January, which we found acceptable. However, upon inquiring on December 27th, 2023, we were informed of a delay to late January or early February, which we also accepted. Further inquiries on January 17th, 2024, revealed a new delay, pushing installation to mid-March, which was problematic for us as we are not full-time residents of New Mexico and had travel plans in March. Despite assurances of a follow-up, we received no communication, leading us to initiate contact a week later. At this point, we were told installation would occur by mid-February. Yet, on February 13th, 2024, we learned from Window World of Las Cruces, now under corporate management, that there was uncertainty about the installation timeline. Consequently, I spoke with Alex from the corporate office the same day, requesting a refund of our $5,409.68 deposit to seek alternative window replacement services. Alex agreed to send an email to confirm the contract cancellation, but I have not received it yet. Today, February 16th, I reached out to Alex at corporate, who seemed to think that we had spoken with Diana from Window World of Las Cruces and decided to proceed with the window purchase. However, in reality, we had not communicated with Diana on this matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Window World windows.

Very satisfied throughout the whole process. Very happy from the beginning. Sales rep Marco was very helpful to guide us to making a decision. Took us 1 month to decide. We made a few adjustments and he walked us every step of the way. Thank you Marco. Sincerely.Install date came, the crew was in and out. Lead installer David walked us through what was going to happen. We couldn't believe they were done in a day. The difference compared to our existing windows is WOW!! Absolutely love them.Thank you Marco and Window World team. Great decision

I just got my windows replaced and couldn't be happier. Since the start Marco was very professional and courteous and did an awesome job of explaining and demonstrating the windows to my wife and I. He was never pushy or made me feel like I had to buy which made it a very comfortable experience. His lead installer I believe David is his name came before we did the deal to explain what was going to happen and how the process would work. We liked what Marco and the company had to offer and decided to do all our windows. When the installers came they where all very professional and got to work and did all my windows in one day. Very satisfied with the installers and the whole team in this company. I highly recommend doing business with them!!! Thanks again all who participated!!! Abraham

Marco was professional and courteous as a salesperson, not pushy at all. David and Eric were just as professional and courteous as installers! Plus they worked hard and efficiently to get 15 windows and 2 sliders done in less than 3 days.The Windows look great, they left minimal mess and the house feels so much warmer and solid. We are very happy with all aspects and employees of window world.

Window World Las Cruces has the worst customer service for a business. They are not professional, are not responsive and will not call you back when they say they will. They also do not come when they say they will. I was jerked around so many times that I would like to save you the trouble in dealing with this company at all. Take your money elsewhere because these people working do not care at all about you or your needs. I had to call to follow up from the very beginning and that should have been a clue as to how I was going to be treated throughout my installation. Everyone from Brenda, to Luis to David all messed up in dealing with different aspects of the install. Had only one thing happened with one of these people I would let it go but it seems to be a constant occurrence and we need to stop giving these people our hard earned money to be treated like trash. As a customer I shouldn't have to make constant calls and leave voice-mail messages asking the status of where the windows are and when the installers are showing up and when they were suppose to fix a problem. If you like doing that instead of enjoying your life then please go right ahead and order from them. Even talking to them afterwards to figure out what is going on they do not even communicate with each other and I was lied to that my first install date was cancelled due to weather when another one of there crews installed windows on the same day with same weather. An example of how bad they were was one window required a simple fix of a lock being installed incorrectly. This is a manufacturer problem that I understood but I was told that they would fix it by 8am the next day and it got fixed at 6pm after three phone calls. During that time no one apologized, no one had the urgency to fix the problem sooner and when David did come late didn't say a word when he fixed the problem. So I would give them 0 stars if I could. They may be the cheapest option for a reason. Marco was the best thing about the whole process in dealing with Window World but when I complained to him about what had happened he just sent me to the office lady who herself had made so many mistakes with me. She has no clue how to run an office and complained that she had to drive from El Paso to get to the office. How is that my concern? Also calling corporate office was pointless and talking to more deaf ears. No one from there ever called me back and it has been weeks.
