Second year attending. This festival is awesome. People are super friendly. Lots of wonderful wine tasting booths! Quite a few vendors selling other items. There was only one food truck on site, Mexican food, we actually ate at the brick and mortar restaurant the next day. Too bad there weren't more for more variety. There were a few food items available via vendors other than the food truck. The tasting rooms along Railroad Park are also open which was a huge plus. There was also live music and it was really good! There are limited places to stay if staying town, so I would book early if staying in Willcox. We stayed at the Motel 6 in town and it was basic but nice. There are also few vineyards and "dive" bars in town as well as a couple of pretty good restaurants. There were a couple cons....it was hot! - Mid 90s made for a few hours of being really uncomfortable and there is not enough shaded seating -- I would recommend bringing your own chairs just in case so you can set up on the lawn area, maybe a couple of umbrellas too. Also be aware if you purchase the beer tasting tickets. Beer tasting is separate from the Willcox Wine Festival and is actually there through the Chamber of Commerce and it's just one stand with some different beers, a canned margarita, and a canned vodka. Cans are also sold at 5$ each. All in all I would recommend checking it out if you get the chance. We always make a fun trip out of it and have a good time every time, would totally recommend and will be back next year!

Came for the wine festival weekend. Many tasty vitners to drive to. I especially liked Zapara's & Bodega Pierce, neither had joined the formal participants on the list. Sadly the official website has much to despair. No map of wineries. Website had issues including needing update as of the 1st day. Will not bother again, but will visit favorite wineries which rival Sonoma & Napa regions.
