I would give zero stars. They get one star because of location, you cannot get closer to the entrance of Carlsbad than this place. Having said that, the camp spots are seriously on the side of the road. The wifi was sketchy at best. The man in the store is extremely rude. He was rude when I was trying to make the reservation and rude when we called to find out where to check in. The grocery store has closed, it appears some of the rooms to rent have closed (abandoned). I don't understand with such a great piece of land why they do not change their attitude and do some repairs and try to keep their business thriving.

The plus: very close to the Carlsbad cavern national park. So if you need to wait inline to get walk-in tickets, this is the place to park your RV. The negatives: it's a long list. Started with the person taking the call to make reservation, unfriendly (though the staff onsite was ok), DIRTY bathroom and shower, insulations on the ceiling were on the floor, NASTY shower floor, very dark, everyone is close together, because there isn't a place to put your stuff in the shower, you bring a chair but then RV surrounding it can see us (my daughter kept screaming there was a person on the RV watching her). Glad we didn't have coins to do laundry, because it was dark and the surrounding just felt really unsafe. I will NOT recommend this place (especially for the money) unless you need to go to Carlsbad cavern to wait online for tickets.

We wanted to get off the ground and have air conditioning after sleeping in a tent for 3 nights. This place offered that opportunity. For a mere $50 we didn't expect much. But no table to put things on and a stained mattress was all we got. Yuck! We slept in our sleeping bags, used our blow up pillows and took showers in the all in one disgusting bathroom as soon as we woke up. On the plus side, laundry wasn't expensive at $1.50 a load. I would give zero stars if I could.

While on our cross country road trip, we stopped here at White's City RV Park for the night. We pulled in late at night and had no issues checking in and getting hooked up. Our plan was to leave in the morning and visit the Caverns, so this was the perfect stop if you want to be close to the entrance. I just found it a little odd to be right off the road not fenced in or anything, but it was just for one night so no biggie, the price was fair and again, full hook ups. It's the closest RV Park to the caverns.

The location is awesome but it goes downhill from there ! A dump no other way to say it. It's not a campground it's a spot on the side of the road. They treat you like an idiot they have a park but they say it's for full time people but no one was in there empty. Stay away from this dump. PS a good Sam my ass this should never carry that name.

The spots had dog poo in them. The internet didn't work. The people were nice. It looks like it used to be awesome, but it just isn't anymore. Stay in Carlsbad and don't waste your time.

Besides the location, this place was the worst. You can connect to the wifi, but there is no internet connection. Every washing machine at the RV site was either full of water, disconnected, or had a sign that said: "out of service". I will not that you can use the laundry services by the check-in.. those are working. The women's bathroom was also so disgusting that we opted not to use it. My 6-year-old said, "it smells so bad in here, I want to throw up". We ended up showering in the men's, which was not much better.. but at least there were no roaches in it. We booked for two nights, but drove five hours north the next day and just took the loss on the site. I would not stay here again. I don't expect a ton from an RV site, but I expect it to be clean enough to feel like I can use the amenities I've paid for. My son and I have traveled across the country; this was the worst place we have stayed.

Our experience with this business has not been pleasant, we booked a stay for a single night in our RV. Thank god they even have running water hookups... no public showers. We visited the website and were delighted to see they had a water park open for guests. Considering we booked a RV slot I would say we identify as such. We we to the office to check in and we're told we are not allowed to use the water park. So we decided to solve the problem by going to book a room, with a total of 3 cars in the parking lot we were told there are no more vacant rooms. The employees are unhelpful, and uneducated. We offered to pay the resort fee just for a water park band and we're denied. This discrimination on large families is truly unacceptable. Do not recommend this space, and I do not recommend even considering it.

Rv patk is a dump. Lady behind counter was the rudest person I have ever come across. Dirty and right off road. Drive a little further and Stay at Carlsbad RV park instead. Super friendly staff and they have spaces even if you don't have reservations.

This is a review of the RV park. It's $50 a night and the worst facilities I've ever stayed at. First we were told we could use the water park across the street at the hotel (owned by the same people). When we arrived, we were told they changed their policy. Figured I'd take a cold shower (it was 110 degrees)...worst restrooms and showers I've ever seen. The laundry room ceiling had fallen in and it looked like it has been that way for a while. Tried finding another place to stay, but at 6pm we had no luck. Will never stay here again.
