Whispering Pines Apartments

I was an unhappy resident wo lived here for 2 years. They let my cat or several times due to individuals coming in without notice. They said they would send pest control on some occasions who did not show up. They also charged me for normal wear and tear issues when I moved out when it states they don't charge for it. If you're looking to move here; don't.

very good experience. the property looks pretty clean. the ladies in the front are very professional and knowledgeable.

closed the pool to everyone because they are too lazy to clean it even if there is minor garbage around. terrible at even getting fixed in the first place cause they opened it during the middle of summer, when it was supposed to be opened in may, Had poor maintenance done to it when it needed to be done. Maybe if yall had somone to be able to supervise the pool every once in a while it wouldn't be a problem. Still waiting on my lease papers that they haven't made ready after almost 2 months for and yalls pet deposit is way over the price it should be which is absolutely crazy

I went to Whispering Pines Apartments on three occasions. In the office is a young lady named Alexa. I was helping my sister find an apartment and because of Alexa, my sister chose Whispering Pines. Alexa answered all of our questions and made the process so easy! She made a difference and we appreciate her very much!!!

Worst experience ever!! Most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. I, (a single person with no pets), literally lived there for one month and left the apartment cleaner than I received it, I took extra care not to use the brand new stove or dishwasher and did not hang anything on the walls, so as to prevent any damage, but still had erroneous cleaning fees deducted from my deposit. $55 for dirt/dust that was on a window sill & frame, which had clearly been there way before I moved in. This property is so old and poorly maintained that windows are unsealed and there is wood rot everywhere, (exterior siding & interior cabinets). The amount of money is not so much what I take issue with, it is the principle & unfairness of this fraudulent charge they imposed on me. Do not rent here, there are so many other properties that are much nicer and where office staff will value good residents.
