Whiskey Dicks

I already reviewed the one in Las Cruces, as I've been to both, and in all honesty, I prefer the one in Las Cruces. Nothing against the bar itself or the staff, they just play newer music, as well as appeal to the younger crowd on certain days a bit more. Same rules go though, it DOES NOT pick up until after 10pm. It's very nicely kept, clean, drinks are a bit strong, but it works for the crowd they appeal to. The dance floor is pretty big, lots of room for 1 and 2 steps. They do not play many line dances, and it's primarily country music. I'm a regular at Little Bit of Texas and Ricky D's, those are also really good bars, and they encouraged me to check out this one as well. Staff is very kind.

Attempted to enjoy a night out while visiting from SoCal and they refused to let my husband in because of his adidas when everyone in sight had Jordan's and Nike! Left within minutes. Employee at the register was also rude about the ordeal. Lost my business and money at the bar!

We've come back to this place several times since our first visit, the bartender knew our exact drink orders the second visit (amazing memory) and the manager introduced himself. Amazing service. We love to come and play pool right after work before it gets busy and have a drink or two. Have yet to stay late enough to dance but we are pretty happy with just chilling and playing pool.They are also just finishing up sone remodeling work that is going to really light the place up, and a second bar!

Fun place- lots of dancing! Total country feel, good mix of regulars and newbees. The drinks are cheap- especially when happy hour is going on! Pay attention for their drink specials, hard to find but totally good deals (Friday night vodka rails and margaritas are $1). The dance floor gets packed, lots of fun- good mix of line dancing and two step songs- sometimes the music was a but salsa-y, people got totally into it. A bit older crowd. There is an amazing older gentleman who dances to the Johnny Cash songs, the night I went he had a flame shirt on- it made my night.

Great country bar! They do play a variety of music, but we had a great time! I will definitely go back!

Great experience here minus the one bartender chick that needs to fix her attitude. Don't know her name nor do I care for it. But she's white, blonde curly gal. Very rude and unprofessional to me and my friends last night (December 27, 2018). She really needs to fix her attitude, also she skipped us a few times threw out the night when we were trying to get our drinks..then made a comment to one of my friends, and my friends decided to close their tabs and go to another bar because she was being a real grinch. I only had a problem when she was making snobby comments because we weren't leaving tips for her horrible service. But everything else there was fine..just the bartender chick ruined the night.

Worst fucking bar in El Paso! Don't recommend this place at all. Rude service with a trash atmosphere. Especially if you're visiting El Paso and from out of town, don't even bother. Fucking disgusting.

Wonderful bartender. Not to mention they have 3 bar sections so you don't have to wait forever. Lots of people on the dance floor. Very cheap drinks. Mostly Latino music which isn't my style for dancing (because I can't dance haha). Wish they played more modern dance music.

Not open on Monday like the Yelp is saying. Paid for a Lyft and was let down. Hope it is the app fault and not thiers. If it is will change my rating

Bull shit bar that over charges you plus charges an entrance fee. Was supposed to be 2$ you call it but ends up charging 10$ for everything. Management is crap and only a few bartenders to handle the absurd amount of customers.DJ is absolute shit and doesn't even play good country music like they used to.
