Wet Dog Mobile Pet Grooming

HURT our baby! No response from owner! Very upset. Had a VERY bad experience with Wet Dog groomers today. We've been using them for four years--and some groomers have been better than others, but overall we've been satisfied with the ones we have had. But today had a new guy groomed our miniature Poodle. Now we cannot get the owner of the company to call us back. Her face was torn up, contusion on her eye, cuts in eye area and many around nose. Nicks on her back. And despite stating I did not want to see any skin--her belly was completely shaved, nipples sliced off, and nicked all up and down her belly and inside of her legs. We are distraught. SHE is Traumatized! Will report back if we are able to contact these folks--in the meantime--BEWARE.

Awsome groomer. Have used them once a month for 12 years. We have 5 little dogs. They are safe happy and love their spa day.

Have used the service for nearly 3 years, largely because of convenience and our dog seemed to like them. NEVER EVER reached them by phone. Each appt. takes at least 2-3 days in order to get in touch with them. They never apologize. One appt. was missed completely and they didn't bother to even call. When I finally reached them, they said "oh sorry about that. We all make mistakes. Are you available for Wednesday of this week?" I routinely have to leave 4-5 messages before I get a return call. These people have no idea how to run a business. I have had it. Our dog doesn't like to go in the car. This was our answer. It no longer will be. They utterly suck and NOBODY should waste their time or money.

My dog got a hair cut by this company 1 year ago and they scratched her cornea. I called them and they denied it and we're very rude stating "what do you want us to do". They offered to cover half of the vet bill after I became very upset. The hair cut was also very poor.

I cannot speak for the dog services, but I had 2 of my cats groomed by this person, one cat just had a bath, the other I had lion clipped, and not only are there cuts and nicks all over her, but he CUT my cats whiskers. (For those who are unaware, a cats whiskers should never be trimmed, it's like cutting into your nerve endings). He's a very nice and polite young man, and probably does fine with dogs, but I would never recommend having your cats done. Both my cats have been groomed their whole lives and never had to be brought back early before they were fully dried because they were scared of the drier, which is what he told me...if he had just trimmed their whiskers, placing them under a drier would be pure torture, which is what I'm guessing happened. I called the number multiple times to verify that this is what he had done, although I have before and after pictures and it's pretty obvious, but he didn't return my messages.

Wet Dog Mobile Pet Grooming always does a fantastic job. My snorkie is a complete transformation and my 2 heelers are feeling much better with the deshedding they received. Angelica did a wonderful job and my dogs are clearly happy with their pampering. Thank you so much for the prompt scheduling and for coming out this far.

Not very impressed. Had to drop off at the location, was not mobile. $65 for a cut on a small dog (Lhasa paso). Asked for a trim because we're growing his hair out and he was almost completely shaved, beard and all except for a long strand left on his chin. When he got in the car, trimmed fur was left all over myself and the seat. Only tried this place out because our regular groomer is closed with the COVID-19 issue.

On 10-31-20 we had a terrible experience, our very first time using this mobil service, we asked the groomer too not leave our dogs hair so short and that is exactly what he did, but that was not the worst part, the groomer left our dog traumtized and with more than 7 scrapes and bruises, our dog is not the same, even though it is convenient that they go to your house we will not use this service again and do not recommend, this service to anyone.

I am giving one star for this service only because the young man who groomed my dog was very friendly. However, he was not qualified to cut her type of hair. After telling him I expected her haircut to be more even he did offer to cut some more, but honestly I was afraid to let him whack at her hair anymore. Her face was still dirty, he didn't trim her ears or her tail at all, and her hair is uneven EVERYWHERE. The most disappointing part about this experience was the lack of professionalism of the owner when he called me back after I called him several times. He did offer to send out the same guy, but I explained I did not think he was qualified. He did not apologize or offer to take a look at her himself. After giving him a lesson in what proper customer service skills are I let him know we would not be using his services again. So disappointing...

Wonderful service that comes right to your door! You don't have to worry about stressing out your dog by taking them in the car or keeping them in a cage all day!
