Barbara and Luisa are absolutely wonderful people and they truly care about your kiddos like they were their own. My boys (4 &1) have been going here for a year and I am floored by how much the staff has gone above and beyond to treat them like family. The app is updated throughout the day and I love seeing all the fun things my boys get to do while at school. The teachers are kind, compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. Ms. Rosa and Ms. Rita are always so happy and upbeat and the entire daycare has a positive, homey vibe that I LOVE! I wish I could stay with them forever but we are sadly moving. I wanted to write this because if you, like me, are hesitant about sending your young kids somewhere I promise you this is the place you want them at. I Love KinderCare and the loving environment Barbara fosters there.

I have tried Kindercare in Kansas and the day cares are very similar. They have a good education and teaching program and include outdoor activities for kids. My kids attended the past few years and they have learned a lot. My youngest one has not started school but can read and write and has not even started kindergarten yet. The daycare also offers different activities for an additional fee such as Spanish and cooking classes. The teachers do a good job and handle the kids very well.

Very rude staff. Too much discrimination against children who are not locals. Would not recommend if you or your child is not a social butterfly. We were told not to come again the next day after being humiliated on the phone all day about how on the first day of daycare my child did not take a nap at their scheduled time. Worst place to send your kids in El Paso.

We had our daughter enrolled in Kindercare from the time she was about 2.5 months old until she was almost 3 years old. She was there full time, from around 8am until 5:30pm or so, 5 days a week. We left only because we were moving to a different city for new jobs. I cannot say enough great things about this center and its staff. The director Barbara is warm, caring, and totally approachable. She makes time to talk to you if you need her even if she's in the middle of something in her office. The teachers are all wonderful and they have been there a long time. One of the things that drew us to Kindercare was teacher longevity, which you often don't find in daycares. Our daughter loved all her teachers and talked about them constantly (and still does). All the teachers knew her by name, even those who didn't have her in class, and they would say hello when we dropped her off and picked her up. The kids spend plenty of time playing outside and they do fun activities with the kids from art to water play. My daughter came home singing songs and talking about letters and days of the week so we could tell she was excited to learn while there. And most importantly she always felt welcomed and loved, and we always felt completely comfortable leaving her in the morning. She looked forward to school every morning. Bonus: the hours at this center are amazing and you can drop off and pick up your child as needed. We were so sad to leave Kindercare - this was the hardest part of moving for us - and we will always be grateful to them for giving our daughter such a strong early childhood foundation. We definitely recommend this center to any parents looking for childcare/preschool.
