Called last minute to get an appointment. Hadn't cut my hair in a year and a half so I had tons of spilt ends and my hair was uneven. So I wanted to get rid of those uneven dead end and get face frames but didn't know if it would look good but my stylist said my face shape was perfect for them and oh boy she wasn't lying. I fell in love with my haircut at the end. My stylist worked her magic. She was very nice and she was so easy to keep a conversation with. The salon staff was outstanding. Very nice, welcoming, and just makes you feel part of the family. I can't wait to go back and even try their other services! Those reviews will be coming once done. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I've been getting hand-tied extensions for nearly 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. After recently moving from LA to El Paso I was in search of a salon to move my extensions up. So I decided to try this place out. The stylist is nice and friendly. I was getting 3 rows of extensions moved up but I knew something was off when I was getting them moved up. They were super tight and itchy. I have never experienced tensions spots until this place. So I had to take my extensions out 5 days after having them installed. I was afraid of having bald spots if I left them in longer. A few months pass by and I'm like I'm going to give the stylist another try. Maybe she just has a heavy hand when it comes to sewing. So I let her know that I got tension spots from last time and mentioned she won't do it as tight. I came in with new hair as well over 1k spent on it. She put 4 rows in of hair and the next day I already have multiple red bumps near the extensions and especially the corners. I also have some scabbing in other areas. And it's only been 5 days. So there will be more tensions spots if I don't remove them.Never have I ever gotten tension spots from my previous stylist so it's disappointing. Maybe she is more comfortable with other kinds of extensions but definitely don't recommend getting hand-tied extensions from this place.

My hair was originally done by Olivia. Update: I was contacted by Gloria who offered to fix my hair and refund me. I contemplated the offer because I was ultimately scared for the worst. Gloria was extremely polite and apologetic. I took the offer and was seen today. As I walked into the salon a flood of anxiety rushed in. I am extremely grateful that Gloria has been an absolute sweetheart. She explained that my hair would need a deep condition before any additional color should be done. My heart dropped when I heard it and voiced my concern that I would probably just color my hair black and my hair wouldn't need to be taken care of at the salon since I didn't want my hair to look like this for Christmas since I already did for my birthday early December. Gloria told me she would be able to apply a semi permanent brown all over my hair to avoid coloring my hair on my own. In addition to the color she applied gloss and deep conditioned the ends to put my hair in the road to a healthy state. I am not happy with what my hair went through just to go back to a color close to my original hair and damage to my hair. I am thankful for the time and effort placed on my hair. Some people don't like cutting hair. They don't have a passion for it. The stylist I saw, unfortunately, was either having a terrible day or she just hates her job and has no desire to cut hair. I was in and out within 30 minutes and basically received what looked like a haircut you'd get from a student starting out. Once I actually combed the styles waves out of my hair hours later, I realized one side of my hair was dramatically longer than the other. Worse: there were chunks of hair that were completely shorter and cut backwards, oddly enough, so I looked like someone attacked me with a pair of safety scissors.I got my hair fixed somewhere else and had an experience that was way more pleasant and less rushed than I had with this "master stylist." It was just disappointing that someone who claims to have over 20 years of experience would do such an embarrassing, piss-poor job at a salon that probably has some decent stylists.

I am very, very grateful for the service and consistency they provide for making their customers happy and feeling beautiful. I know this salon has the best stylists and don't rush things. They are so amazing in everything that they do. :)

I really liked this place! Gabi was very sweet and did exactly what I asked for, which was just a simple haircut. I can't speak to anything more advanced than that. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the receptionist Gail was friendly. I also loved that you could book an appointment online, super convenient! Just a tip before you go, unless I missed a parking lot somewhere, there is mostly street parking with paid parking meters, so just be prepared.

Worst haircut experience. My hair is so uneven it's embarrassing. Will never go back!
