If I could give this new spot a 10 Star I would. Service 10 stars, the location is awesome and the food well, sirloin was cooked as ordered. The queso fundido with steak was hot and super tasty. The birthday cake in this spot is CRAZY HUGE! Everyone gets into singing and having fun. GET THIS* there are two pastry chefs that work here making desserts. Nothing is bought outside for desserts,!!!!YES!!!!Purse stands are so convenient for your bags great idea. This all come together by a Manager that cares what the customer thinks and is very open to ideas and suggestions. URIEL (hope I spelled that correctly) was at our table chatting and just being a good listener and awesome suggestions on desserts. Every establishment should have an Uriel in their business . Come in hungry leave wobbly.

Last 3 visits have been on the level of Applebees steaks, but at 3/4 times the cost! Food has been like warm at best, steaks have been dry and not cooked to the right temperature. When ordering appetizers be ready to only receive half of the order...leaving you to wait for the rest while the food you have received sits and gets colder and colder. Beautiful restaurant, horrible music!! If you're looking for a fun lively atmosphere then bring your own music unless you want to hear horrible cover songs! Oh and it's the same 20 songs over and over and over and over!!! Applebees music and prices are better and on par with the temperature of the steaks, decor is better at west Texas chophouse and they do have a better wine selection...so you have to choose. Save money and go to Applebees or come to west Texas chophouse and hope your food comes out warm and complete?!?

I really want to love this place, decor is gorgeous, some of the staff is top notch (mostly the bussers) but half of the servers stand around watching TV or chitchatting while customers wait for basics like water or bread. Long wait for even a greeting, our server Jon apologized but was just inattentive most of our visit. Delivered undercooked bread, left water glasses (my only beverage order) empty, dirty glasses for my daughter's lemonade, no straw, no condiments, side salad was 2/3 shredded cheese 1/3 wilted lettuce. Burgers were good.

We came here for dinner a few days ago and it was amazing! I got a cucumber watermelon mocktail (I can't remember the name) and it was seriously the best mocktail I've ever had. I would love to try the actual cocktail version of it.Our steaks were both perfect and we tried almost all the sides- the only side we didn't love was the mashed potatoes. Everything else was so good! Our server was super nice and helpful as well. We will be back if we come back to El Paso!

We met up with some friends from out of town and they wanted to go and get a steak for dinner. They said do you have any suggestions. I said let's try WTCH. First of all our waitress was Cielo what a very beautiful girl and an excellent waitress. My friend Randy and his daughter got the Ribeye and they both said it was delicious and I'm sure it was. I got the Alfredo pasta and it was delicious but I have to admit I definitely had a lil steak envy. Next time!! Great Steak house just overall atmosphere is wonderful. Just a great evening. Once again the WTCH does NOT DISAPPOINT!!

I've been to the chiphouse a few times. The first time wasn't good, but it has gotten better since then. The food is very good and I like the lunch specials. Music is very upbeat and a good time to meet with friends or family. The interior of the restaurant looks great. So no complaints here.

The local Yelp Elites had a fun UYE and gift exchange at WTCH! The ambiance was incredible ! I loved the holiday decor. One of our Elites new the owned and he came over to say hello / fancy touch! The service was also incredible The food was delicious ! Yea it's a chophouse and it's west Texas, but I ordered the chipotle Alfredo anyways and it was great! Fun times with our small but family like Yelp Crew! Thanks to Patrick for bringing us all together

Where to start? I have no idea how such a nice place could have such terrible quality food...I had a reservation for 9-10 people, night started out great nothing out of the ordinary. Our poor server was slammed with our table along with another table of 10 and handled it well. He took our order, apps, everything let's start by saying that our server needs an immediate raise for the type of managers he deals with on a daily basis. I ordered the short rib which is supposed to be slowly braised but came out bone dry, and when I say dry the sad little bone they left in my short rib was so dry it looked like it had been sitting outside for days, meat was super tough and the sad side of veggies that went with it were just a sad mix of veggies from a frozen bag at the store. Not only that but 5 other people at the table ordered steaks as well....all of them were cooked horribly. My friend ordered a well done steak, that steak sat under the heat lamp so long that whatever blood came out of the steak, burned on the plate, the steak was inedible and couldn't even cut through it. This was after waiting nearly an hr for our food. I had ended up canceling my steak as I wanted nothing more from this place...rather they remade my food after cancelling it and they remade everyone's food, with the exception of one. I explained i just wanted my tab and leave, they tried to make it up by bringing out the saddest attempt at a dessert. Which made up for nothing it just angered me that I had to stay another minute longer in this establishment. By this time i had already asked for a manager who never came until we asked for the checks (which nearly took an hour to get). When i I had to ask multiple times for a manager to speak to it took nearly 20-30 mins because the manager who should've talked to us, left for the day instead of coming to speak to us. Keep in mind when we cancelled our steaks, they brought them out and then still had the audacity to charge us for everything! My friend who didn't even get her remade plate was still being charged nearly $40 for her food! The GM Aurelio who finally stopped hiding from us, just stood there, did not apologize, did not say one word to our table, just hid behind the manager who was hiding behind our server. When they came back to the table again they said they'd only be able to comp 2 steaks off our table like they were doing us a favor. And while this is all happening we were surrounded by dirty tables because a few bussers had quit due to management, go figure. So for my birthday in the restaurant I had a salad and a few glasses of wine ate nothing special and was surrounded by filthy tables, but still took care of our server I believe his name is Johnathan he was amazing let's be clear with that. This place is horrible with steaks, I've given this place numerous tries not just this time but dinner with friends or birthdays and the food is never coming out like it should. I hate to say it but dinner was so horrible I literally had to apologize to my friends for taking them here. I will never return to this place and I hope people know that this place is smoke and mirrors. Expensive and flashy, nothing behind it which is sad it's a beautiful establishment with some food gems as employees (managers excluded)

0/2. This was the sorriest attempt at a steak I've experienced thus far at any steak serving restaurant. I ordered the dry aged bone in ribeye it's their more expensive option and supposed to be their better option. My steak was horribly undercooked. And by the way steak goes, horribly prepared. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they "put it through the oven" but left it mostly to the same condition. Furthermore, "sterling silver premium" steak is bullshit for cheap, choice cuts. The grade alludes to a prime grade quality however this steak was far from it. If you want a good steak, west Texas chophouse is the last place I would ever go. To add insult to an already disrespectful piece of meat, their baked potato's are dry, overcooked and gross. Their fries are clearly frozen and microwaved back to life. The only thing they didn't ruin was the Coca Cola. (see photo attached) How not to cook a steak. The grayish ring around the edge indicates the meat was frozen or too cold to apply heat to. The raw, uncooked middle means they cooked it too hot for too little time and it left the middle untouched. The grain and texture of the meat is choice at best and nothing close to their "prime" or "sterling silver premium" bullshit claim. There's no marbling. Sloppy texture. I've literally seen roadkill prepared better.
