Came in for lunch. Sat down. Had a very nice waitress. Placed our order. Lunch steak. Medium with baked potato- butter and sour cream only. Food came out. Baked potato was loaded- cheese, bacon- sent it back.Cut into the steak - steak was well done. Which it being charred on the outside should have given it away. Once the new potato came out sent the steak back. FINALLY got a new steak and a 3rd baked potato and before they even set it down there was a 1.5" black hair on the plate. All of that coupled with the obnoxiously loud holiday part of 12 that were 1 table over did not make for a great experience. Compensation? Free dessert. :|I fully expect to pay for my food if it's corrected. Things go wrong, I know that. But twice... in the same sitting. Come on. (Restaurant is beautifully btw. Great design)

This time round I had the 3 rib eye tacos with an extra side of frijoles del olla (frijoles charros). First of all, the rib eye tacos were served with a tiny side of cilantro sauce and a salsa sauce, both which were both flavorful. Wow! It was my first eating rib eye in a taco format- delicious! The frijoles del olla were an added side order (extra cost) were slightly spicy, just the right amount of spicy flavor. I had a sweet Italian red wine which was perfect for meThe server was nice and would check on the table. Very noisy open area, so difficult to have conversations. Da few large family birthday events, so really noisy. Posted a pic of the 2 large white faux ginkgo trees were a nice aesthetic.

Birthday dinner at the chophouse on a Tuesday night. Stop by around 7 and it looked really busy. I guess not really glacier we got sat down asap. Was on the mood for steak so I ordered the T bone medium well with baked potato. Our server drop off fresh rolls right out the oven. They were steaming hot, but the melted honey butter tasted so good. About 15-20 minutes later my steak arrived. My steak on the serving plate was massive and the potato was just as huge. Cut into the first bite and juiciness was spilling out. Very tender meat as I chowed it down. The was awesome, well prepared and a good size. My meal was perfect and a good ending to my bday!

What a disappointment I went here for my birthday my husband and I ordered our steaks medium well and when they came out, they were raw and bleeding. I tried to eat it, but I just couldn't a woman walking around and I explained to her how we ordered them and they came out and I showed her I guess I should've taken a picture of it to post it on here, she asked if I wanted to have her take it back and have them finish cooking it. I told her I wasn't sure so my husband did and it came back and it was still bleeding so I told her I guess I will just have to take mine home and finish cooking it since they evidently can't get it right. The second time the fries were cold. My husband's potato was cold and he wasn't done yet and they took it away so that was also not a good experience when you're not done with your food so basically my birthday was pretty much ruined. I just don't know what happened. We went on my anniversary and it was delicious, but that was months ago so this was our third time going and maybe the last time since nothing basically was done about it.
