I couldn't have asked for a better experience replacing my roof. I made a request through home advisor for them to come and give me an estimate. I was called within the hour and my appointment was scheduled. Before the appointment, Jayson called ahead to tell me his name and what he would be driving so that I would know it was him. He showed up 15 minutes early. This is amazing considering most people show up late. He was kind, polite and courteous. Because my roof was over 20 years old, I assumed my roof would not be covered by my insurance and I would have to pay for the whole thing. He walked me through the steps of filing a claim with my insurance and even met with the adjuster to survey the roof and make sure all the damage and code violations were noted. They actually convinced them to cover the cost! All I had to pay was my deductible. The roofers were all friendly, fast and efficient. They took their time making sure all roofing debris and nails were picked up. I couldn't be happier and the roof looks great. I also got multiple calls from Jayson keeping me in the loop and making sure that I was satisfied with their work. Two thumbs up!
