These people stole my computer, I am a US Army soldier, my wife cracked my screen on my laptop while I was deployed. Then her mother gets sick, so she has to leave the area. When I come back, I go to the place to pickup my laptop, pay the bill, whatever. I go there, and they say they would have my laptop the following day because its been so long they put it in storage (6 weeks). So the next day, still wasn't there. They said they would call me back. I waited 10 days for the call back. No call. Then I called, asking about my computer, and the response I THEN got was I would have to pay 275 dollars to get my computer back. These guys are crooks. I am currently pursuing a lawsuit against them, and they will soon hear from my brother, who is a UVA school of law graduate. Nothin but crooks.

I had a windows 10 file corruption issue, 24'hours before I had a series of Zoom consulting sessions scheduled over the next three days. Without my computer, I was toast. With their expedited service, these folks took care of reinstalling windows and getting my laptop back in business, on short notice. I went to them based on reviews and they responded better than I had even hoped. They were courteous, understood my predicament, and got me back in business. I can highly recommend them.

These guys didn't fix anything, I have a MacBook Air and when I got it back it looked like they didn't even open it. They mentioned that they didn't have the tools to fix an Apple product so why would they tell me that they can fix it! When I picked it up they gave me an old dirty power cord which wasn't mine. I'm still waiting for them to give me my cord back.

My problem was not resolved, but this was not their fault. They did everything they could possible could have before u decided to be impatient and pick it up and change a few things. Very great customer service and helpful.

Might be good for someone who doesn't know a thing about computers, but maybe not best for custom builds. I brought in my custom build that's only a couple months old because it kept shutting off by itself and I could not pinpoint the problem. They took a few days and told me it was because I had some drivers missing. Took them about another full day to install something that takes only a few minutes to do. I bring it home after 4 days in the shop, plug it in, and the same thing happens again. I decided to dig a little deeper myself, and with the help of a quick google search, it turns out I was having issues because a cable connecting into the power supply was a tad bit loose. (It must have happened when I moved my PC into another room.) They were trying to get me to replace a high-end graphics card that was only a couple months old. I had the feeling that the graphics card wasn't the issue as it runs demanding games smoothly at high FPS and very good quality with no issues. I use it daily a good amount of hours and not once had I had an issue with it before. Took me 2 minutes to fix a problem they couldn't fix in 4 days.
