Waldo's Glass and Window Repairs

I was very impressed by this company. I needed a window replaced and getting an estimate from Waldo's Glass was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable and the work was scheduled right away. Osvaldo came right on time and he did the work in no time. Yvonne, whom I spoke to on the phone, was also great. All in all, you can't go wrong. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company.

As we prepare to sell our home, I found myself needing a window screen repaired. From all businesses I found on Yelp or Google, they were the only ones able to repair the screen within the day and for a very reasonable price. Service was courteous, fast, and of quality. I ended up paying $15 for just one window screen. Very pleased with my experience.

If anyone is looking for the best price along with the best customer service, I would absolutely recommend Waldos glass! Everything from when the quote was given, to the communication and finally the installation was better than I could have hoped for. The team did an excellent job. I had a very bad experience with installers in the past, and these installers were completely different. They worked very hard and cleaned up their workspace. They could not have done better.

Had some re-screening done on four windows. Work was top notch and done in a timely manner. Will definitely use their services again.

Fair, honest, good work people who come prepared to do the job.Had sliding glass door rollers replaced. works better than new. The ownerof the business did the repair with a helper. The job site was cleaned and it was a very pleasant experience. The men obviously are professionals who enjoy the work they do!

I scheduled an appointment with Waldo's Glass from 12-2pm about 4 days out. I had already received a rough estimate, and they were coming to verify the job.On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call at 855am from Waldo's verifying the time of the appointment. My family waited all day and around 3:30pm I called to verify the technician was still coming. I was told a technician came at 1130 and no one answered the door. I asked if they left a note or anything verifying they came. The office manager said no, they just rang the doorbell. Considering I had two people waiting and dogs that alert us to anyone at the door, I highly doubt they stopped by.I asked if you came outside of the appointment time, why didn't you call to let us know you would be early.I was told it was not the Waldo's policy to notify the customer of a time change unless they requested it. I said you gave me a two hour window for the appointment, I would assume you would come during the timeframe. I was told they could come back 4 days later.After some back and forth I was told by the office manager that there are several other glass professionals in town that do similar service.Now that my time has been wasted I will reach out to those other businesses for service.
