when you're driving across America solo and the service light goes on in the middle of the desert ya get a bit nervous... and so for El Paso Volvo to check it out first in the morning with no appointment and then to not even charge me (it was merely a glitch with computer after oil change in Houston) really exemplifies the true meaning of customer service. I showed up today and I'm told by the audi Dealer of El Paso that the Volvo franchise left and didn't say where they went... we searched around and went to several dealers and apparently Volvo just up and left. We called Volvo corporate and they don't know what is going on either. I'd give their corporate office 3 stars because they said they'd try to figure it out. The dealer though, if they even still exist, is a one star, we had an appointment made over two weeks agoand didn't get any notification at allUpdate: Volvo corporate never got back to us at all about this... totally over Volvo in general... lots of car problems and lots of service problems. Will never ever buy a Volvo again.
