My elderly father was sent a safety recall in December 2014. It was an "XA Recall" on the headlight switch and daytime running light module (DRL) on the car model he owns. He has been to this dealership 3 times in the last 4 months.Every time he has called or visited, he has been given a reason why they cannot perform the service based on not having the part or not having any open slots to schedule. He just received another recall this week because his car is still not serviced. I have advised him not to return to Viva Suzuki and call the corporate office to inform them of their lack of service, customer care, and overall integrity. I am willing to take the car to Melloy Suzuki in Las Cruces to handle this service. The level of service and lack of follow up and care for the safety of customers clearly reflects the lack of priority and professionalism of any business that relies on trust. Imagine what it you can expect if you actually bought a car at this dealership.
