I had a motorcycle pre purchase inspection set up for $256. The was supposed to be done on Wednesday, so it was finished about closing time Thursday, and Friday I was able to see the report and pay for the inspection. The $256 inspection came to $314.33. Additionally, some of the work recommended had been done within the previous month. Whatever work was necessary, they wouldn't fix it anyway, as the bike is over 10 years old. I won't be back.

Good service. Good bike. Customer service was perfect and the bike still runs like new with the occasional oil change.

On May 13, 2023 while riding from Las Vegas, Nevada to the State of Maryland I noticed that the cruise control on my 2016 Yamaha Super Tenere ES stopped working. I called Viva Powersports and explained my issue to one of the Viva Powersports service representative's who said to bring my Tenere in for a look. Upon arriving at Viva Powersports I met with the service representative and service technician named Pete. Pete took the time to evaluate my Tenere and he was able to determine the potential issues causing the problem. With that information I will be able to make the repairs. I just want to say Thank You for your professional staff and their efforts towards customer service, when another motorcycle shop told me to make an appointment, even after I told them I was traveling to the east coast. So, Thank you Pete for taking the time to troubleshoot my cruise control issue. WF Grace

Located right next to Bassett Place off Montana Ave, Viva Powersports is the Go-To shop for ALMOST everything you'll ever need for motorcycling. I say ALMOST, because there are juuuust a few brands that they don't sell. I only notice (or even care), because I happen to ride one of the very few brands they don't carry (Aprilia RSV4 RR). But if you are looking for something that is to do with motorcycles, there's a 99% chance this is the place you'll find it. A GIANT two story building, Viva has everything from clothing, safety equipment, parts and service center, sports bikes, quads, dirt bikes, buggy's, cruisers, avengers bikes, NEW and used motorcycles of all kinds. A huge selection of helmets, gloves, jackets, shoes/boots, goggles, and more. From cruiser clothing and gear to sports bike stuff to dirt bikes. They carry Shoei, Arai, Agu, Icon, Bell, Speed & Strength, Alpine Star, Shift, Fox, Victory and much much more. Honestly if I were to recommend a place for clothing / worn gear - this is the place to go. Now for the bikes - Viva carries a variety of new and used bikes of all kinds. If you are looking for BMW, Ducati, KTM, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda and even Can-Am, this is your place. Again, sports bikes, quads, dirt bikes, cruisers, buggy's, adventure bikes and more. They care them all new and used. And it's a rather large dealership so the prices are fair and competitive. They have a friendly staff available to help you out with whatever you need. I don't know their names, but I personally like the guys downstairs in the accessories and service parts area. They are always willing to get you the part you need and whip out the big parts book to order it if they don't carry it. Helpful dudes and they aren't pushy at all. This is a really nice, clean, fun shop to go spend hours in just walking around looking at some amazing bikes and gear. If motosports are your thing, go check out Viva Powersports! Is worth it.

These folks are lazy, liars, and misrepresent services performed and when performed and odometer readings. Putting a new air filter and spark plugs in a bike that has 700 miles on it, under an "annual service" is flat out criminal. That, and an oil change when it was last changed 11 miles ago because the military man was out of country for a year? No wonder the original owner got rid of his BMW, when he couldn't trust his dealership in town. I've since gone to other local BMW dealers in the Los Angeles area, and they are more than capable and able to provide me the information I requested. The service department in this shop is IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone, they never pick up, and they never return phone calls either. Not EVEN ONCE! Honestly, they don't even deserve to be BMW motorcycle dealership. I WOULD AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! Their street runs crooked.

I had a schedule appointment today the 19th of July for a diagnostic check on my 2018 Can-Am. When I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted by several of the technicians. Then Michael asked what was going on with the ATV, when I told him, he called Dave over and both of them began troubleshooting and identified the problem. The service department was very friendly, helpful and professional. A special thanks to Michael and Dave.Ricky W.

I went to Viva Powersports looking for a Seadoo GTI SE 170 Jet ski. They had two 2024 models on the floor. This is the first place where I've actually seen any in stock. Cameron came to me and offered his assistance. I told him about what I thought I should pay for it. He immediately went to work, finding discounts and rebates, and came back with a price that was agreeable to me. There were no hidden costs, surprise markups, etc. What he quoted to me was exactly what I paid. Cameron was the first sales rep I've encountered that was totally straight forward with a price quote. He went to work preparing the paperwork, etc., got the jet ski ready, and before too long, I was driving away with a brand new jet ski at a fair price. Cameron was great! Look for him if you go there. He'll treat you right.

Beware of added Junk Fees at Viva Viva PowerSports located at 1045 Magruder St, El Paso, Texas 79925.All CanAm in Viva El Paso are loaded with junk fees and marked up to the max.. We wouldn't recommend this MotorSport Company to anyone who wants to buy a ATV, Side by Side, Dirt Bikes or Go Karts locally in El Paso. Their business relies on us so never let any business take advantage of any situation that involves money. They are still pushing cov1d pricing to all there local buyers.Had my review deleted twice already on google. It's horrible that they are hiding negative reviews.Expect to pay...Freight FeeSetup FeePDI Feetotaling $2000+ in junk fees Don't waste your money on unnecessary fees.
