Terrible salespeople. Forged signatures and they never sent in paperwork for that same reason that we would find out. Will never buy from any viva again.

So I take my car in and drop it off on 7/5/23 with a scheduled appointment at @7am. Drop it for a diagnostic review of a code found. So far so good as the service advisor tells me it will be a day. I don't think anything of it. The next day comes and I'm out running errands and still no call so my wife suggests I go stop by and check in on it. I do that and speak to my service advisor who promptly tells me oh they are barely going to check it! Barely! It should have been checked the day before. This was around 3:30 pm when I went by. They then call me at about 5:30 & tell me it needs a new air filter and to get some pressure cleaning of the system done which will run around $400+. I tell them no thank you, that I will take care of it, and call it a day. Friday comes and they then call me at about 4:30 asking if I'm going to pick up my car but my wife and I are on the Westside. I was going to go pick it up Sat but decided to just go and get it done with. The service advisor just charged me and handed over my car without telling me what they found. This is the worst service ever and I will never frequent another Viva establishment again.

I've called 3 times to make an appointment to get my oil changed. 3 times. I have left messages with 3 different service writers, not one phone call returned. I'm guessing they don't need the business.

Disappointed, with Andrew Arrellano The sales manager and Margarita Holigun. I was Interested in purchasing a vehicle, first tried to find a Credit union local in CA to finance and out of state a Vehicle, and Margarita tried to find a finance company to finance me since I was in CA, she was very helpful. She Sent images and videos so close a deal. We couldn't find a mutual ground on Finance and I was going to pay VIVA NISSAN cash with a cashiers check, Sold my car and money I saved, to just refinance the vehicle once I came back to CA . Andrew Arrellano changed from a Deposit of $500 to a deposit of $5000 non refundable. Knowing I would be coming from CA, asked him the info for the deposit at 10:04am on 5/20/20 went initially they were suppose to take on deposit on the 19th, and at 10:51am on 5/20/20 Margarita call me and said the vehicle was sold. Andrew doesn't keep his word. Poor customer service by him. From looking to purchase a vehicle. to looking for a flight , a hotel and taking the days off Monday and tuesday off from work toselling my car this was an awful experience from Andrew.

BUYER BEWARE!The following review is from my father who was earnestly looking to purchase a new vehicle at Viva Nissan:"If you're hoping to get a good deal at Viva Nissan. FORGET IT !!! Don't go to Viva Nissan! They will manipulate the system, lie and cheat you out of your own money, to make themselves a deal. I have never been to such a dishonest Dealership until now at Viva Nissan. I will never return there and will stop anyone from going there. The manager; Alex, and sales person; Oliver, are the most dishonest people I have ever met. Oliver was unfamiliar with Nissan vehicles and unwilling to stand for what is right. The manager Alex will rob you if you're not careful."

Had a major transmission leak, towed to this dealership. Spoke to "Jesse" an on duty service writer.A couple hours later, the car was fixed! Apparently a hose clamp broke causing fluid to pour all over the under carriage of the car. The mechanic replaced the hose clamp, added fluid and cleaned up the mess. Then they washed the car and was ready to be picked up.The cost was acceptable for our situation while traveling, but the guys at Viva could had really stuck us with a huge bill and we would not had a choice but to pay it! Thank u for the honesty, good work, quick service and understanding to Jesse and the Viva Crew!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.....!!!! So back in February, my elderly parents purchased a used vehicle from these incompetent fools. It's been almost four months, and my parents still haven't gotten the plates for their vehicle, and the temporary tag is expired. The vehicle will not pass inspection because the 3rd brake was out, which we replaced, but now that the tint is too dark. These issues should have been addressed prior to putting the vehicle for sale on their lot. Sadly, the took it upon themselves to pass the problem on to my parents. This Tom Foolery borders the line of unethical....! It's sad to see these rotten bastards take advantage of elderly clients in the community...!

My name is Jorge Canales, I purchase over 2 months ago a 2020 Hyundi Santa Fe paid cash for it. At this time, I have not receive my licence plate, registration nor title. Try to follow-up with Viva Nissan with no response at all by phone. We have had to visit the dealer in person and they just promise a date to register the car and no results. Please be aware of the administrative problems they have when choosing this dealer.
